Downtown Traverse City - Capri 313

The good first: newer condo, excellent location, close to downtown TC. The bad: condo was very musty and smelled like dirty socks. Limited amount of towels. Limited parking. Have to pay for parking the public parking structure.

Great location! Walkable and quiet!

There was no heat or AC in the condo. Half roll of toilet paper when we arrived, no hand soap, sketchy WiFi, missing tv remotes and cable box in BR don’t work, toilet was dirty.

Very clean and well kept. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner options. Note, it is on the 3rd floor with stair access only. Parking is easy-there is ample parking next door in the garage if the lot out back is full.

Clean and modern. Pleasant stay for sure. Not for the old at heart; no elevator, 28 steps and 3 landings to climb.Products, short on supply. Dish soap, no hand soap in bath, no dish cloth or dish towels in kitchen. No picture to make ice tea, limited paper products. NO instructions for the TV. Had 4 remotes and no directions.TV, impossible to even use in the bedroom.Would we come again, oh, for sure.

Loved the feel of being at home every night. The neighborhood had us feeling as such too. The location between things to do around Traverse City and the surrounding area was perfect.I usually can't sleep well for the first two nights on any vacation, but I slept like rock every night.Thanks for a great experience in Traverse City.

The place was great just blocks from the downtown.Would stay there again

Nice unit. Simple, tidy, updated. kitchen supplies, blanket and bathroom towels go without being a hodge podge of things. It was perfect for a family of three with a toddler. Shades were dark, room was cold, and had fan, bed ( mattress and linens was comfy)

Upon arrival, we were disappointed condo was on the 3rd floor (three flights of stairs) and we had to pay for overnight parking. The condo was lovely and comfortable. We were disappointed with the cleanliness, after opening the shades on door wall the slider windows had finger prints on them and there were spider webs and dead bugs on the floor. The other window sills were very dusty and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and had a bad smell. Lastly the bed sheets were torn, but the bed was comfortable. Overall We were satisfied with our stay. The condo was located close to town and convenient to all TC has to offer.

This is a great place, great location. Photos are precise. Spacious, light, airy. On third floor without an elevator. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed in the complex before so we're close nfidwnt we would be happy with location and amenities. Basically we had to find all the towels that were still in the dryer. The kitchen sink was backed up, my hubby fixed it. And the TV in the bedroom did not work properly. All in all good, but could use more attention to details.

We were very pleased with our stay. The description is exactly what was found in the condo. We will stay again!
