Downtown TC Condo with West Bay View!

Great location. Super clean. Only concern was that some of the night lights didn’t work.

Had a lovely stay in traverse city for a girls weekend! Close to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend in TC celebrating my nieces wedding! This was the second time we stayed at this property in a year. Both times, Christie was a wonderful host. The communication was excellent, she responded quickly and helped us to have the best stay possible. The location is wonderful, the accommodations are comfortable and clean. When we visit in the future, we would certainly stay here! Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic weekend in this condo. Listing is exactly as pictured and close to everything from downtown to the perfect location to get to wineries. Condo was very clean and provided many amenities. Condo complex safe and quiet. Across from the bay and easy walk to get to the beach. Will stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The condo was great! It was clean and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to downtown shopping and restaurants.

The property itself was extremely clean and spacious we had everything we needed and zero issues. The location is absolutely amazing as well, we were able to walk into town easily. We also drove up to the peninsula in less than 30 minutes to hike.Its decently close to ski resorts as well should you want to do that. I recommend staying here!

Went to a wedding and enjoyed staying here instead of a hotel. We felt more at home

What a wonderful comfortable home for the long weekend while attending a family wedding in Traverse City/Sutton Bay. Spacious and great location. Quick walk to downtown Traverse City, beach and eateries. Highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to this area of Michigan and what a beautiful area of Michigan it is.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in TC. The condo was very well equipped. Kitchen had plenty of extras for dishes, silverware and glasses. K cups were an available for coffee each morning. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very nice.

We absolutely loved staying at your place! Very comfortable and beautiful view of the lake. The condo had everything we needed. Very close to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom condo. So nicely furnished, balcony with a view of the west bay, about 3 blocks to the start of restaurants and shops, parking spot right in front of condo. If you are a coffee lover, there are both a Keurig and brew pot!! Bathrooms have soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Nice safe neighborhood. Across the street is a small sandy beach. Has some playground equipment. Recommend eating at Bubbas, the Little Fleet food trucks. Took a Discovery cruise at sunset which was great. Also, in the Delamar hotel parking lot across the street there are places to sign up for catamaran cruises that board at their dock. Can’t beat this location. Great condo that we highly recommend!!

Great location for biking, beach access, restaurants and shopping. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The condo is very adequate and stocked with whatever renters may need to a greater extent than other VRBO units that we have rented. The only suggestion I have is to replace the 2nd bedroom mattress, add shelves and hooks to the guest bath and more pots , pans and dishes in the kitchen. However, we managed just fine for the 4 nights that we occupied the condo. Thank you, Christie, for a lovely accommodation that made for a fun family vacation!

Superb communication! Extremely accommodating with check-in & out. As pictured. Decided on this listing due to our wedding venue being within eyesight. Beyond our expectations, our family loved it! Yes, the master bath tub made noise, we had fun with it. Nothing the Owners can do without replacing the entire tub. There were PLENTY of spare towels available in closets. Master bed was super comfy! Will definitely stay again!

This unit was very comfortable and in a great location. It was walking distance to Front Street and the beach. I greatly appreciated that the unit was well stocked with basic necessities. I highly recommend it.

It was so nice and close to everything and my friends and I had an amazing weekend in Traverse City. Definitely will be back again soon.
