Pet Policy. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with verified shot records and license and must be on a leash at the complex at all times. Pets cannot be left unaccompanied at the home and owner is responsible for cleanup after pet waste. Limit of 25 pounds per pet and a limit of 2 pets. Additional pet fee is required per day of $25.00 per day
