Nice clean one bedroom perfect for a couple’s get away. 20 minute walk to Broadway.

Super clean condo ( and I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness). Bed was comfortable and location was great. Just close enough to Broadway yet just enough distance to get a break from the business of downtown. We enjoyed the river view and seeing the boats go by as well. Parking was convenient. The only complaint I have which is no fault of the owner was the people occupying the room above us were loud, we could hear them walking/ moving around often late night / early morning hours. I would suggest bringing a sound machine to help drown out noise from the floor above. Would come back and stay here again!

Great place to stay, far enough off Broadway to be away but close enough to walk to everything.

Able to walk everywhere we wanted. Stayed to go to a show at the Brooklyn bowl and it was very close to venue.

This condo had a great ambiance with a river view and well-curated Nashville vibes. It was clean, with easy parking in a great location (close but not too close to broadway). The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this condo and I would return in the future. But keep in mind, if you’re a light sleeper, you will hear people walking above you from the bedroom when they are getting ready for bed and waking up in the morning (so it seems based on timing). (this did not bother my sister at all but I was woken up multiple times even with the fan running). I recommend staying here! … but plan your own white noise solution accordingly.

Great place to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Location was just a 10 minute walk to downtown - very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Host was great easily communicated. Place was nice away from the hustle and bustle of broadway, a short Lyft ride to broadway! Only thing was there were no pots or pans to cook with! Other than that the place was awesome. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Listing was accurate and unit was well appointed, clean and themed perfectly for Nashville. The supplied coffee and snacks were greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the thin ceiling buffer with the until above. Other than that we had a great stay.

Location was great, able to walked to Germantown, honky tonks, farmer’s market. Condo was perfect, comfortable bed, nice setting on the river. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is clean and well maintained. It’s an easy uber ride to Broadway or any other hot spot in Nashville. Scooters and e-bikes were around and made a fun choice as well. The river view from the patio was nice for coffee or drinks.

Super cute place! Love that you could walk to a lot of places or take a quick Uber if you aren't a walker. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the snacks appreciated. Owner was very responsive. Would def stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this condo in Nashville! The location was perfect — walking distance to Broadway but tucked just far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The view of the Cumberland River was absolutely beautiful, and the condo itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and so cozy. It had everything we needed and really made our little getaway extra special. Highly recommend!

Traci's home at Riverfront is a gem! It's walking distance to Broadway, or a quick Uber ride. It's very welcoming a welcome to Nashville sign. There's also a book to sign & share your experience. Use the white remote to turn on the Nashville sign.Entering was easy, with the provided code. The king size bed in the bedroom was comfortable. My son slept on the sofa bed and said he was comfortable. TV's are in bedroom and living room. The kitchen is a galley kitchen, wrapped in wood trim, a very 'country' motif. Especially with the 'barn board' floors. Microwave works, fridge keeps stuff cold. The Keureg machine is there with cups or pods, we don't drink coffee, but it was lit up. Be forewarned, the kitchen light switch was installed upside down.The ONLY bathroom is off the bedroom, but it's a great shower!The little deck in the rear is a quaint size for 2 people, even 3 people. You'll see and hear birds and other wildlife. The working barges & barge pushers go by. As well as pleasure boaters & hobbyists. A nice place to take in the sunrise & enjoy a cup of coffee.Traci was an EXCELLENT host. I found her very helpful prior to our vacation. She provided valuable information of the area. Traci, was never at the property nor was she 'checking in' on anything. We will definitely stay with her again.Ideally, a great place for 1 or 2 couples.A family of 3-5 with young kids, or 4 really good friends. There is a twin roll away on the property.

Had a wonderful stay. Came to Nashville on Memorial Weekend for a USMC reunion. Enjoyed location close to Broadway, and live music. Condo clean and comfy, thanks for a great weekend.

The place was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location! Very cute inside … thank you for letting us stay!

The condo was cozy, clean, and comfortable and we loved the patio and river view without being too far away from downtown . We could walk to Broadway, Music Row, and Germantown easily during the day or take a quick uber ride after dark. The parking is free and in a covered safe area. There was construction taking place across the street during the day, but the nights were quiet. We would definitely stay here again

It was a really nice place by the river. It was close to downtown on broadway street but far enough away that you didn’t feel like you were close to broadway street. It had a nice little charm about it.

We had a great time and it was the perfect location a little bit away from downtown, but within walking distance. The only issue we did have was the noise from the unit above us. Two days of constant walking. We know it was not the owner’s fault, however, it was very hard to sleep. The owner did address the situation and called the owner of the unit above us.

Our stay was great. Property was as listed very close to Broadway as listed which was very convenient, no need for rides or unnecessary driving. Condo was clean and comfortable and the host puts a lot of thought into the amenities. Would highly recommend to other guests

This property couldn’t have been better for our first stay in Nashville. It was close enough we walked to almost all of our places we wanted to go. This condo was comfortable and beautiful! We would love to stay here again for our next visit!

It was a perfect place to stay ,cheap uber ride if you wanted to uber to town. Most fun was taking a scooters to town. Lots of construction in the area but wasn't a bother . If you needed anything Traci answered right away. Would stay again.

Although the owner communicated well & provided a few useful household/personal amenities that helped with our needs, we expected a more comfortable stay. The location was fine and the Riverfront Condos are not a far walk (daytime only) to downtown along the bikeway path. There is a lot of construction in this area now and be mindful of walking around late at night. If you are NOT concerned about very late night pacing of guests above you on a very thinly built ceiling above the Honky Tonks unit bedroom, i.e. after 1 A.M., uncomfortable hard foam pillows, an apartment that needs some renovation/painting, you'll probably be more satisfied with this rental choice than us. Overall the VRBO listing photos market it well. And you may have noticed this listing receives mostly strong ratings. That's because the owner requests that you don't leave a review unless it's a 5 star. If you stay there and feel dissatisfied, as we did, the owner would rather you remain silent. That's deceptive and this review is being posted to inform the VRBO community of our experience.
