Stayed Mar 22, 2026Unit was clean but kitchen was not equipped, beds were so hard our backs hurt that we had to use our air beds, and we felt nervous being the only ones in the building the whole time we were there. Location was good but the view was bad as we could only see the messy dirty pool in the front and an empty lot full of weeds in the back.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024The condo was spacious. It is older a need a good once over. The tube need caulking and the walls could use patching. The sheets are scratchy. It very clean and it is located in the middle of pigeon forge.

Stayed Jun 18, 2026The place was a great location to everything. But the pics on the site are a bit different from what was actually present. It was nice and clean. But we just had problems with the bedding in two rooms. Not sturdy, and falling apart. Spent one night sleeping in the living room because the bed frame was broken. Second bedroom, the poles to the bed was bent. Needs updated furniture in the bedrooms. Mattresses were hard to sleep on. Management team came out and replied the next morning. I think a walk through should be done each rotation of ppl renting out the place to make sure everything is working and up to par.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026The shampoo dispenser’s button in the hallway bathroom was broken, the dispenser as a whole was empty. The first bedroom’s lamp in the back corner, furthest from the door, would not turn on. Everything else was fantastic! Relatively quiet save normal city noise, but that was still decently muffled! Overall we had a great stay, exactly what we needed! Thank you so much!
