Downtown Palm Springs Retro Modern Condo With Mountain View, Pool, Spa & Tennis

This condo was great to rent as it is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Gates to properties and parking are locked so very safe. The condo is a perfect size for a couple and the host was excellent to deal with. We would highly recommend this condo.

The condo is in a great location in PS and was very clean and comfortable. Kenny met me at check-in and showed me around -- nice personal touch. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was very well-appointed for preparing meals. There was plenty of space for dining and to hang out. The patio and pool was a plus! I had a great stay.

We had a great stay. The location was awesome and the outdoor balcony was good too.

Kenny met us at the unit and gave us the tour. The unit is very nice with a gorgeous patio. The complex has a lovely pool and two hot tubs. This may be relevant for some people, so I will mention that there is no elevator and there are 35 stairs from ground level to the unit. The location of the unit is ideal - just two blocks away from the main streets of downtown - lots of shops and restaurants/bars. And it is near the Indian and Tahquitz canyons for great hiking. Beautiful views. A really nice place to stay.

Kenny was a greatest even orienting us to the TV! The location is perfect and not only could we walk downtown, but it was close to our bike tour and our hikes! Great trip!

Nice pad, close to the action in town, but quiet too.

Kenny was great and very accommodating. We had a small hiccup at the start but he took care of us right away. The unit is located in a very convenient location. Easy access to downtown and getting around town.

Clean and quiet condo and grounds. The condo is well-stocked with most items you need. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to Palm Canyon Drive. Check-in was easy, and Kenny provided quick tour of the condo.

Love staying here at this complex and have stayed here before for NYE. Comfortable, well appointed unit with a great view, spacious outdoor deck and close to downtown with everything PS has to offer. Kenny was great in comm and adjusting his schedule to meet my delayed arrival. A

Had a great stay at this residence. Check in was easy and Kenny let us check in early which was great. Place was as advertised, very clean with everything working. I think the best thing was the location. I love downtown Palm Springs and this place was 5 minuy

Clean 1 bedroom end-unit condo in quiet Palm Springs neighborhood. Great jumping off location for all Palm Springs activities. Pool/Hot Tub looked great but we didn’t have time to enjoy. It was just the 2 of us but unit has stylish living room where one person/kid could sleep on the sofa. Nice north facing patio with table & chairs to see the pink morning sky on the mountains. Kenny was a very good communicator, anticipating our needs. There is covered parking (gated) under unit. Overall an excellent option, we were lucky to find it.

Working with Kenny was pretty straight forward. Met several of the neighbors during our stay and they were very pleasant.

I recently stayed at the Baristo Vacation Rental and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, Kenny was there to greet me and provide a comprehensive tour of the condo. The location is perfect, offering easy and walkable access to a variety of downtown restaurants and bars. The condo itself is incredibly spacious, with breathtaking views from the large balcony.The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, making it very convenient. Additionally, the complex features a large pool with plenty of seating and covered parking for one car. I highly recommend this rental!

Amazing location and bright, cute space! I was offered a free early check in, which I could not use, and got a free late checkout. Mattress seemed uncomfortable, I ended up putting a fluffy blanket under the bottom sheet as a DIY mattress topper, which worked well enough. I enjoyed dining on the balcony in the cool night air. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo had everything I needed and was close to everything. Kenny made checkin easy and showed me where everything was. I enjoyed my stay and will be back!
