The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures and descriptions online. Parking was great and check in was simple. The host checked on us via email, which is always reassuring, but we didn’t need anything. Very comfortable and clean place. We would definitely stay again!

Good time but did know about the stairs and the place had not been cleaned too well. The host did make it right and refunded some of the fee and replaced the cleaner.

Amazing location and an awesome view from our balcony. It felt like a home away from home as it had everything we needed. Will come back!

Great stay in Nashville! Location was excellent and the free parking was a huge bonus. The host quickly responded if we had any questions. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Would stay again for sure!

The condo was perfect for my college age son and I. Walking distance to Broadway and all of the fun stuff. Short Uber ride to the Grand Ole Opry. We loved the place and would highly recommend it!

This was our first trip to Nashville, and staying at this location was excellent. The space was perfect for my husband and I and the property manager allowed us to bring our two small/medium pups. The balcony was a welcome retreat to have coffee in the morning and relax before heading out for the evening. Cleanliness 5 Stars! Communication with manager 5 Stars! Thank you for a great experience.

The condo is in the perfect location and everyone was friendly. It's about a 10 minute walk to the stadium and to Broadway. The condo was very cozy and we got the best nights sleep there. The bedding was that of a 5 star hotel. We very much recommend renting this condo if you plan on visiting Nashville!

Host was great with timely information provided. Perfect for a couple. Condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, cozy and comfortable with a nice view. Perfectly positioned for an event at Brooklyn Bowl or a 20 minute walk down to the bars and action on Broadway.

My family and I had a great time staying here! The condo was great and the property manger was very responsive whenever I reached out to her.

This was definitely in my top 3 favorite places I’ve stayed over the last few years. Rebecca was amazing and even helped me decide whether I should walk to certain places or do a ride-share. She checked on us during our stay and even after we left. The location is perfect for a short walk to downtown Nashville and we safely walked to Brooklyn Bowl to watch a band play at night. The view from the balcony was a bonus - the place is so cute and modern. I would live there if I could! Thanks, Rebecca! I have your information saved for future trips to Nashville

We had a wonderful 4 days in Nashville. Very hot weather but so much fun. The condo location was perfect. We walked to Broadway and all over the Germantown area.The only shortfall was the pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos.We will definitely be back!!

We appreciated the warm welcome from Rebecca, easy entry upon our arrival, and free onsite parking. We enjoyed the laundry facilities onsite as well as the pool. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and the shower pressure and temp were great! Super cute Nashville decor too. Bonus: we were able to see the Friday night fireworks at first horizon park from our doorstep.

Ever had a perfect vacation...yeah, me either but this one was close. Upon arrival our booking had not been cleaned and therefore was not ready for us. i immediately reached out to our host Rebecca. What a true professional she was, immediate response with an immediate solution to our issue. Rebecca had another unit in the complex we were staying. It cost more per night but without hesitation, she moved us, no upcharge. Others could/ would have made us wait for the cleaning crew to show up and clean, not Rebecca. I cannot give her anything less than an exemplary rating, I travel frequently and this was above and beyond service. Looking forward to our next visit and we undoubtedly know exactly where we are staying!

It's just a short walk to many downtown attractions from this location. We enjoyed the coziness of the place, and it felt like home immediately. The check in process was super easy and the communication from the property manager was excellent. We plan to stay here whenever we are back in Nashville.

Close to all the attractions

The property was clean and close to all activities.

This unit was close to downtown along the river. The minor league baseball stadium is within walking distance if you're interested in that. Looking over the river was cool. This may be my main place to rent when I make Nashville trips. Had everything I needed.

Perfect little place right on the river. Short ride to Broadway and not too long of a walk to Broadway. Central location to all other fun activities, no more than 20 minutes.

The place was absolutely gorgeous clean comfortable. The location was perfect. I had to get a hold of Rebecca when I first got there and she responded instantly I will definitely be back again.
