Downtown Music City Loft living! ~Steps to the Ryman and Broadway

We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner andhigh end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more!​​​​​​​

With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy.

We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property.

Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Book your drop here: Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PS they also offer a grocery shopping service for stocking the refrigerator prior to your arrival!

PARKING: We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Daily parking is available near the loft starting around $30 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events taking place in the downtown area. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. LINENS & SUCH
The ​property includes a full kitchen, linens and towels, free WIFI and TV for streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Conveniently located around the corner from Walgreens, Metropolitan Wines and ​S​avi Urban Market to pick up any items you might need during your stay. PLUS walking distance to plenty of great restaurants.

PAYMENTS:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
We welcome and deeply value the role of ADA service animals. We do not allow Emotional Support Animals or other pets. We are committed to reporting suspected ADA service animal fraud, to help maintain the integrity of that law for the people who rely on its service animal provisions.

A delightful tribute to the unforgettable June Carter Cash, our June loft sits appropriately next door to its perfect match: The Johnny Loft. June is perfect-in-every-way for the best ladies' get-a-way ever! For larger groups, book The June in combination with The Johnny next door to sleep a group of 9, or up to 12 if your group is willing to share beds!

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES –
a. Dish washer loaded AND started with detergent provided prior to check out.
b. Save energy! Turn off all lights.
c. Double check you haven't left any personal items behind! Check on the bed, under the bed, in the bathroom(s) and in the closet(s).
d. Any trash, opened/used food or drinks upon check out to be put into trash bags and taken to the trash room in the basement. Please be courteous to everyone in the building and dispose of your trash in the basement dumpster.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
