Downtown Music City Loft living! ~Steps to the Ryman and Broadway

Loved how close of a walk it was to Broadway. Will definitely stay here again. Our only complaint was the hard beds and flat pillows.

Perfect central location. Just around the corner from Printers Alley and a few blocks to Broadway. Cute loft, private clean and secure.

5 stars all around for Music City Loft! The location was absolutely perfect, communication was easy, clear, and seamless from start to finish, and the space was even better in person than in the photos. Everything exceeded expectations and made our stay in Nashville even more enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again!

Clean conveniently located Easy access

Everything was great and extremely close walk to Broadway. The host was amazing at communicating quickly and the room was very nice. The only thing I would say is that the comforters were stained at the top which made them kind of gross. Besides that, everything else was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fantastic! Plenty of room for 6 adults and was well stocked. The couch was a pleasant surprise as it was not your typical pull out couch. So comfy! The location was perfect! We could see Morgan Wallen’s bar from the entrance to the building. Safe walk even late at night. We will book here again.

This place was great. I had a group of 5, one person slept on the couch and reported it was quite comfortable. It probably could’ve fit 2 people comfortably. The walk to the strip was extremely easy and convenient. The walk back at night felt very safe. The building is securely locked.The only negative feedback I have is one of the bedroom has a sky window on the ceiling which is extremely bright in the morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Would stay here again.

So close to everything. Parking garage is easy to use. Enjoyed our visit to Nashville!

Loved the location!

Close to Broadway and Printer’s Alley. Bar in the basement was great for late night hangout, good craft beer. Could use extra TP as we had 5 women for a girls trip, but would definitely recommend this place.

Location was excellent, however, we felt like the property was misrepresented, cheaply decorated and poorly designed. There is zero privacy in this unit unless you are in the bathroom and even that is questionable. Pillows leave a lot to be desired and there are no headboards. The doors are giant, heavy sliding doors that don’t close all the way and be prepared to break all of your fingernails closing them. The walls in the bedrooms do not go all the way to the ceiling. The couch turned into a bed but there was no other furniture to sit on in the family room. No TV in the master bedroom so you couldn’t even lay in there to watch TV. The shower curtain was constantly falling off during our stay. The dishwasher felt like it was made out of plastic and the kitchen table and chairs were metal. No creature comforts whatsoever. If you are a group of 20 somethings I am sure it would be perfect but this is not a good place for families and we will not be staying there again.

Great location! Very Clean!Very loud. No privacy and a huge 5X5 skylight over the bed. Rooms are open ceiling so you hear everything happening in the unit. Everything!!!!

Quite yet a stones thrown from Broadway which is anything but quite. We love Nashville and this is the best spot we have stayed. We will be back 100%!!!!

Loved our stay at the writers round apartment. Absolutely perfect location , check in and all the rest. Had no issues at all and found everything very professional and exactly as described. Will stay again 100%.

Very nice place.. Very secure and great location close to Broadway.. Only complaint is there are no dressers in the bedrooms and be prepared to pay for Public parking.. Great place though!

The Writer’s Loft was perfect for our visit to Nashville. The loft was close to every attraction we wanted to visit, the beds were comfortable and communication with the property manager was spot on. We hope to come back again.

very hip loft in the perfect location for broadway and printers alley restaurants and bars — truly the location is unbeatable because you’re just a short 2-block walk to the center of broadway, but you’re far enough to not be bothered by the ambient noise of all those fun broadway bars.

Only a couple blocks from downtown and close to so many great places! We didn’t get to try the burrito place literally attached to the lobby but we heard it was phenomenal and Subway is right in the lobby too if you need a quick place to grab something. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at the Music City Lofts. The loft itself was very nice and clean and just blocks from Broadway.

Great property close to broadway!

The property was conveniently located and garage parking is available nearby. It was clean and comfortable. I did see some comments about storage; it wasn’t an impact to a group of 4 but I could see how it could be more of a challenge for a larger party. The toilet in the skylight bedroom en suite was slow but it was hardly a deal breaker.

Location of this is one block from Broadway great location. We had a great experience

The property was clean however had minor mechanical issues. We had six staying in the property and were still very comfortable. The onle issue with Six staying there was a lack of seating for meals at the location. We had a great time and the location made it great for getting to broadway even with the winter storm.

Location was awesome!! The loft was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone!

This was our first visit to Nashville. In minutes we were able to walk to nearly all of the best bars and honky-tonks. For a break or a snack we could be back to our VRBO in just minutes. And the accommodations allowed plenty of room for us to be very comfortable.

Cute place to stay in a perfect location to Broadway.. One bedroom had a skylight that would have been nice to cover for sleeping convenience. If you are a light sensitive sleeper, you will want the king bedroom.

Beautiful loft in a fantastic spot just 2 blocks off the hustle and bustle of Broadway. Convenient parking garage across the street and walkable to nearly everything. The only weirdness is the open ceilings in the bedrooms. It was very easy to hear any conversations or moving around in the adjacent bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us and I'd happily stay there again!!

The loft was an excellent option in Nashville. Price was reasonable and the parking was convenient. The guest bedroom did have a skylight which could not be covered and our friends said the daylight did wake them up. Also, the parking structure was right next door, but the rate was $45/night which we didnt know until we already parked. Other than that though we enjoyed our stay. Not too noisy, elevator was nice, and even though we didnt visit, the bar in the basement would be very convenient. We cooked a few meals and all the essentials were included.

Great location and clean

Great location with all needed amenities, nearby stores for basic groceries and bevy's. Only negative was the noise from floor below us which carried through the cracks where floor meets wall.

This was a great location! We were able to walk to the main strip in minutes and also have the opposite direction to Germantown. Lots of shops and restaurants and cool sights in this area. Perfect location!

The place was great. Excellent location. Loft has lots of space and was clean and ready to go. The bedroom to bathroom has a step which is tricky at nice. I would definitely stay again and bring a nightlight to place by the bathroom step.

We came to Nashville to celebrate birthdays with our friends and this loft was a great choice. Location was excellent, the place was clean, had everything we needed. Perfect! Highly recommend!

We had lots of space, and the apartment was very comfortable!
