Downtown Music City Loft living! ~Steps to the Ryman and Broadway

Great view of Printers Alley and fairly quiet despite the close proximity.

Was in Nashville to attend a concert at the Ryman. This property was one block from the venue, there was a parking garage next door and there was PLENTY to do and PLENTY of places to eat. Couldn't have been more happy with how convenient the location was for our visit. The property was clean, safe and had great amenities.

Perfect location, so picturesque. Wouldn’t have minded locks on the bathroom but otherwise exactly what we we were hoping for!!!!

We found everything we wanted to see,enjoy all with easy walking distance.

The rooms were clean and set, the location is AMAZING! The provided shampoo/conditioner isn’t great- bring your own- and communication with hosts was a struggle at first but once we made contact it was smooth sailing. All in all we had a fantastic time staying here for our trip to Nashville! Will probably try to stay here again for the next.

There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. The living room is larger than it appears in the pictures.We walked everywhere,the location was so good.

Everything was clean, plenty of room for 6 adults, walking distance to Broadway and many other things. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location, walking distance to the activities on Broadway and Printer’s Alley. Spacious loft. One thing to note is the proximity to Printer’s Alley resulted in noise from people leaving late at night. Principal bedroom bed could have been more comfortable. This stay really made us want to come back to Nashville.

The loft was a clean cute place to stay within walking distance of everything. We even enjoyed games and a puzzle provided in our downtime. The host provided detailed instructions and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It was all helpful.

Great location! This loft was in the perfect spot. Very close to Broadway and all the action. Near lots of eateries, a little grocery store and even a pharmacy, all within a 5 minute walk. My favorite was the Starbucks located in the hotel next door (just outside the main door of the loft). We couldn’t have picked a better location for our girls trip!!The loft experience does take some getting used to, and the host does give fair warning about the noise in the building, but it does not take away from how secure and safe it felt to stay there how comfortable the place was. We highly recommend everyone to stay here, you won’t be disappointed!!

Everything was in great shape and the location was amazing!

Temperature was fine. Small concerns with the open ceiling concept for privacy aspect (some folks went to bed before others, so noise/talking was a bit of an issue). Rooms were clean. Had adequate towels. Really wish that local tv stations would be available. Like to hear/see local Stations like abc, nbc, cbs. That’s just my preference. Not a fan of Roku.

I had never been to Nashville and was looking for a place that would comfortably fit 6 girls and be close enough to everything.This place couldn't have been more perfect. We looked out the window to see Printers Alley below, Starbucks next door (for the 3 addicts), short easy walk to Bridgestone for a concert, Broadway bars and Ryman. Everything we needed was just around the corner. Luggage drop was great and simple.The loft was super clean, beds comfy. The first bathroom is tricky as she have to walk through the bedroom. I'd suggest a blender and a couple of long mirrors for getting ready outside the bathroom (especially in the alcove by the window). We didnt need to contact the host but prior to our trip she was extremely responsive.I used ChatGPT to map out places of interest but in reality the place was closer to everything than it said.I was congratulated by all 5 friends on the daily about finding this place.Cannot wait for my next visit and this is where we'd stay again!Thank you so much.

The space wasn't as clean as we'd expected (someone's drink container was on the couch and the bathroom floor was sticky. Otherwise, we loved the loft and its amenities. Great location. All of us found the green-faced painting disturbing, however. The eyes were very creepy...

I had some issues with initial access. It could have been my mistake; I thought the codes to enter would be sent the day of the stay, but they were sent days before. After a little problems things were resolved quickly. The place is in the middle of everything and I would definitely come back. I would just need to read the emails fully.

Great experience! Easy check-in and check-out. Perfect location close to everything we wanted to do. Being a loft there were a lot of noises at night but sleeping with earplugs helped. Parking was expensive but we didn’t need to use our car for much so it was able to stay in the garage most of the time. Enjoyed our Nashville experience overall.

2 minute walk to all popular locations, great setup, and I would stay again.

Perfect everyone loved the place

Super great location! Fun loft, great atmosphere. Not noisy or in a loud area— we are early to be people and that was no problem with nightlife noise at this location.

Loft was great other than a little loud bedroom to bedroom without a ceiling. Great Location.

The property was very clean, beds were comfortable, everything was perfect and the location was very close to everything.

Great place to stay and location was prime right in Printers Alley. Maybe we were lucky but weren’t woken by any loud music. Beds were comfy. We had a great time and will stay there again.

We wanted to explore the Music City with our Thai and French exchange students. We loved the loft. The location, safety, accessibility was our key criteria and it didnt disappoint. We would love to stay here again.
