Downtown Music City Loft living! ~Steps to the Ryman and Broadway

Gorgeous place and great location, but short on amenities- No wine glasses or coffee as examples And, building is pretty noisy- they actually provide ear plugs

We had a wonderful time staying at the Music City Loft for our mother-daughter Nashville trip! The space was stylish, comfortable, and accommodating to everything we needed throughout our stay. The guidebook was helpful. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city together. Walking distance to Broadway, a short Uber ride to The Grand Ole Opry. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great spot in Nashville and look forward to booking there again!

This loft was so nice to stay in! It is so close to Broadway and Printers Alley and within walking distance to so much more! It was clean and comfortable and we would definitely book again!!

Stains on the floor, dirty throw rug, torn shower curtain, banged up walks that need painting, tape over a broken inside door lock. Only thing positive about the rental is the location.

Felt like music city! Great location steps from Printers Alley and couple blocks from Broadway. Safe location. Clean. Moat definitely would stay again!

If you're looking for a place within walking distance of everywhere, downtown Nashville, this VR BO is definitely one, you will want to check out. We had an absolute blast, and we definitely would come back and stay in the same spot!

We loved staying here! It was great to be able to walk to Broadway and go back in the middle of the day if we wanted. We will definitely be staying again! Super cute and so clean!!

An Unforgettable 25th Anniversary Stay!We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary! From the moment we arrived, everything about this Vrbo exceeded our expectations. The loft was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The attention to detail was incredible, making us feel right at home while still giving us that luxury getaway experience.The location was perfect—close enough to enjoy all the best that Nashville has to offer but tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful retreat after a fun-filled day or a night on Broadway. Our hosts were amazing—responsive, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to making our stay memorable. We can’t recommend this place highly enough! If you’re looking for the perfect Nashville stay, look no further. We’ll absolutely be back!

can't imagine a better option for the Ryman or Broadway. Half block to Ryman, 1-1/2 blocks to Broadway. Secure, safe. Roomy, full size kitchen. Great value.

The one bedroom loft was perfect for a couple. Bed was not the most comfortable but the place overall was great and more space than a hotel. Easy walk to Broadway or the Food Hall.

The loft was nice and conveniently located. I would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival we were immediately meet with a very strange chemical type odor as you walk thru the main hallway to reach the elevators. It wasn't caused by either restaurant off the hallway. The smell was there all the time and thank god it wasn't noticeable once you left the main level. Condo was fairly clean but certain areas had been neglected for awhile (side of refrigerator was covered in thick dust that my husband removed himself) (top edge of shower was filthy as well). Disappointed that there was no broom/dust pan on site to allow you to clean the floors during our 6 night stay. No dish detergent on site. Washer and dryer were outdated and the dryer had a broken knob which made us think that the condo isn't maintained properly. Surprised to find a glass full of ear plugs on the eating nook. Made no sense until the late evenings when we realized they were for people who were light sleepers based on the music from the Alley Tap nightclub located below us. Not a major problem for us except for on Saturday night when the music was louder than normal. No television in the bedroom so never able to watch tv while relaxing in bed. Found it difficult to make the bed since the linens, etc.were the wrong size and way to large for the bed. Garbage disposal route thru Alley Tap was filthy. Never spoke to manager. Overall location was very nice (except steep walk back from Broadway which we got used too) and the condo was adequate for our stay but not sure if we would rent it again.

Loved the place

We had a great stay at Music City Lofts. Communication with the owners is great and we were well informed of the check in process. They even have an app with helpful info and recommendations for things to do and see. We were a little early for the 3pm check out so we just had a coffee at the Starbucks at street level til it was time to check in. We were supplied with a personal code to the building door and elevator as well a one for our room, so it was very safe. The room was very clean and just as described. We could literally see Broadway from the building front door. t The building also backs onto Printers Alley. One of the bars on Printers Alley, Alley Taps, is actually located in the basement of the building and can be accessed by taking elevator to basement without having to leave the building. Its a very short walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, Ryman theatre and Assembly Food Hall. If you want to eat good southern comfort food away from Broadway check out Pucketts just a block to the NE at the corner of Church and 5th. Music City Lofts was a great place to stay in downtown Nashville and we would definately book there again if we return.

The location is fantastic, but for the price, the bed could be better was not comfortable. Since it’s an open loft, you can hear the toilet flush from the unit above, so it’s not very quiet. The space is pretty minimal, and some of the lights didn’t work.
