Enjoy the view of the pool and mountains on your private patio that includes 2 lounge chairs, 2 patio chairs, 2 end tables, and a table that converts to a gas fire pit. Your barbeque is just outside the door of the kitchen for your convenience.

The living room includes an electric fireplace, Spectrum Signature (150 ch + apps) package, standard king size sofa sleeper and a twin size futon for movie nights, and has its own door for added privacy. There is a second accessory closet with closet organizers next to the living room for living room guests, along with extra storage in all the tables and ottomans. The coffee tables pull up for your lab top, or snacks while watching TV. Also included is a martini bar to get you into the mid-century vibe, that can also be used as a desk. The top of that desk flips up with a mirror as it converts to a vanity for the added convenience of anyone sleeping in the living room.

The dining area adjacent to the living room area has a slider that opens to your patio for indoor outdoor living. The shutters for the slider can be moved to either side as desired. The pool/mountains can be viewed from the dining area, and includes a wine/soda fridge.

The large bathroom has a rain shower head and a view of the pool. The full kitchen conveniently opens to the living room.

The bedroom has a view of the mountains along with gorgeous rare bedroom furniture with burlwood consisting of head board hutch that lights up, large end tables, large dresser, armoire, and a closet with closet organizers so you will never be at a loss for storage. It also includes a desk for a quiet place to work, or use as a vanity. The washer and dryer use is included and is just steps away from your patio.
