Here's a polished Vrbo review you could post:We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Memphis while celebrating my mom’s 80th birthday. The location was absolutely perfect—close to all the fun attractions, restaurants, and entertainment that made our trip so memorable. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great home base for our family celebration.The only reason I’m not giving a full 5-star review on description is that the listing advertised a third bedroom, but it was really more of a nook with a pull-out couch rather than a true bedroom. It worked for our group, but it’s something future guests should be aware of when planning sleeping arrangements.Overall, we had a fabulous time, and much of that was thanks to this lovely condo and its fantastic location. Thank you so much for opening your home to us and helping make my mom’s milestone birthday such a special experience!

I LOVED staying here! I've stayed in another property of the owners' before, and I will definitely be back! Everything is clean, comfy, and convenient. There's nothing you will need that isn't there! This place is close to Beale Street and everything downtown has to offer.

Location, location, location! The house is centrally located within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, museums, and Beale Street. The area is residential therefore quiet. Parking is easy behind the house. Chris was easy to communicate with. The house is well appointed with the bedrooms on the third floor. Each bedroom had its own bath, which works out perfectly for two couples. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are spacious and great for enjoying our time visiting and starting our day.

SUPER CUTE PLACE!!! Very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the closeness of great places to eat and shop! Fully equipped kitchen was a plus. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck and walking the neighborhood. Private gated parking is definitely a plus!

I’ve been in a number of Vrbo‘s. This is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail you can imagine has been thought of. All of the appliances our first class. The location is fantastic. Everything is spotless. When I come back, I’m gonna try to stay here again if it’s available.

This Condo is beautiful! Very tastefully decorated and woodworking is gorgeous! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a person would need! We loved the open floor plan, it made it so easy to visit with our family! Location, Location, Location was perfect for our agenda! We will 100% book this condo again for future visits to Memphis!

This place was great. It was on main street. Main street had all kinds of shops, stores and restaurant that you could go into this place was right in the middle of it all.Just a short little walk to most of the attractions of Memphis. The property was immaculate, a very spacious and roomy, the master bedroom had a great bed and the bathroom was excellent. The shower was most exquisite. The property owner had left several brochures for restaurants on main street and around. They had great contact with us telling us anything we needed to know would definitely stay there again when we go back to Memphis.

This is a great place to stay downtown. The parking and access was extremely easy. The accommodation were top notch.

Our host had excellent communication when we had a question before our travels. The condo was clean, very quiet and comfortable, excellent location. Two large bedrooms both with a full bath. We flew in without a car, and it was a non-issue. We could take the Trolley bus from right outside the unit down to Beale Street, great music and all the attractions. Steps away from the Civil Right Museum. Many good restaurants within walking distance, and even a little grocery store we could walk to.

The unit was great. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the supplies you would need. Comfortable accommodations and walking distance to Beale street! Would definitely return.

It was a beautiful unit. So comfortable and had everything for cooking. I wish a few more spices were available but it was great! Felt safe and loved our bars/ restaurants near by. Close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. I am glad we had floor fans for sleep. I could not find extra towels but they were probably provided somewhere. The only complaint I had was the skylight in the bedroom we were in. Very bright and above my head. I would just pull the covers up over my head:). Thank you for everything! It really was amazing!!! We also loved the back outside deck at night.

This was a fantastic property. It has multi levels that are laid out nicely. The living room is comfortable , the kitchen is great as well as the bedrooms. Two couples stayed and the terms “superb”, “exceptional” and “awesome” was used to describe this place. This property is located near many attractions, which includes a good size grocery store. Highly recommended!

The condo was excellent, as advertised. It is truly walkable to every place downtown. The security measures of fenced parking and secure entrances are excellent. The mattress on fold out couch could use some additional padding. And, a couple of towels per guest would be helpful for longer stays. Otherwise, we were completely comfortable and happy with the accomodations!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was very accurately described and clean. And nice to have private parking. It would have been nice if the trolley was running but nevertheless the location is still great and we were able to walk most places.

Great property in an amazing historical area - Elvis ate regularly at the restaurant down the road. Don’t miss the central BBQ restaurant a 69 second walk away. Would definitely stay here a second time. Well worth the no money huge thanks to Chris and Christine!

Such a gem! So clean, spacious, and wonderful location - next to Civil Rights museum, great coffee shop, ice cream, and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again. Pull out beds super comfy too. Master bedroom/ bath is gorgeous.

We were in town to visit our daughter and celebrate our friends birthday. It was the perfect condo for our group and very close to everything we visited! The owners were great to work with! Would definitely recommend to stay here!

The property was very nice. Due to unforseen circumstances I was not able to travel but my husband and grown children were able to make the trip and were extremely satisfied with the home.

Perfect location to arrive by train! The neighborhood is great, and we had a wonderful time. Close to so many things that we wanted to do!

This place was fantastic. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The location was excellent. it smelled so good in there. It reminded me of maple syrup. The owners were exceptionally nice and very hospitable. We took this vacation with our two granddaughters, visited the Lorraine, Hotel, Elvis Presley’s Graceland, took a city tour, and celebrated Fourth of July. Definitely recommend.

This place is amazing! It is absolutely everything it is advertised to be. The space is clean, luxurious, and safe. We enjoyed exploring South Main Street and nearby attractions. A great stay!

Thanks to the host for the lovely stay. The space worked well for our family road trip, was very clean and the communication was excellent. The location was perfect with most of our wish list within waking distance. We enjoyed walking down to the river for sunset, the restaurants near by (Juice!), and the world class museum across the street.

Perfect place to stay for a family gathering in Memphis! National Museum of Civil Rights, Central BBQ, and Bluff City Coffee are just a few steps away. Plenty of beds, a fully functional kitchen and gated parking - all great!

Great space — Clean, well equipped, & comfortable. Very convenient location and parking was secure. Back deck was great as well. Grocery store, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

Great space on south Main. Across from Bluff City Coffee (try their sausage bisquit) and down the street is Ernestines & Hazel's. South Point Grocey nearby. Place has stairs but two lovely bedrooms at the top, a nice loft bed on the second floor & pulloucouch. Great place to use as base for Memphis. on the ground floir.

Great place and communication was excellent. The location is ideal for some historical hot spots and a quick Uber ride to downtown. Only frustration was the owner requiring a 50 fee for early check-in even though the site was available. Would return when we visit in the future.

The unit was very clean and well furnished. It was not clear that both bedrooms were up on the 3rd floor from the listing. Also, it was unfortunate the Trolley on Main Street was not operable an had not been for about a year with no anticipated restart date. It was very nice and since we had rented a car we were able to get around easily. Our wife were not comfortable walking in the neighborhood after dark.

This is a very convenient location to enjoy some of Memphis' most iconic sights - a half block from the National Civil Rights Museum, a block from the Acrade Restaurant, an easy 7-blocks walk to Beale Street, easy drive to Sun Studios and Graceland. Several nice restaurants just steps away. The condo is clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, bowls, utensils, etc.

What a wonderful place. Beautifully rehabbed with excellent furnishings and all the amenities you could want. The location could not be better and the communication with and instructions from Chris are as straightforward and pleasant as one could ask for. Don’t pass it up if you are staying in Memphis.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location in easy walking distance to Beale Street and other local attractions. Very comfortable living room space and well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs en-suite bedrooms also very comfortable and quality water pressure in showers. Chris and Christine both very nice and responsive when/if we needed something. Highly recommend.

Excellent spot with convenient location and very nice/amenable owners

Just a 15 minute drive to Graceland and walkable to many restaurants and bars. Very clean, unique floor plan had everything that we needed. Cheaper than renting two decent hotel rooms. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

My husband and I stayed two nights at Chris' place and we could not have been happier or more comfortable. The location is perfect for all things Memphis (walking distance) and gated parking was an added bonus. We visited the Peabody Hotel, Beale St, the National Civil Rights Museum, Sun Records, Graceland, and biked over Big River Crossing, which had amazing views of the river. You won't be disappointed staying here. We even had the pleasure to meet Chris on the morning of our departure. Thank you, Chris, for an amazing stay.
