Perfect location for plans in downtown A2. Wonderfully decorated, clean, quiet space with a great view for people watching. Plenty of restaurants and shops in short walking distance. Host was extremely helpful and easy to get a hold of if needed. They had just about anything you could need all ready and waiting. I would definitely recommend this place.

The host has considered every detail for your stay. I have already recommended it to a friend who will be coming to the area!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! It was spacious, clean, and we were provided with all of the amenities you could ask for. This is a fantastic location, right downtown Ann Arbor, steps from restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, shops, and campus. Ryan was a great host. He provided all of the necessary information, and was a great communicator,I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Ann Arbor. One of the best spots in Ann Arbor. The location, the beautiful windows that let in sunlight, the decor, the coffee set-up, the spacious rooms….we can’t wait tocome back. We are obsessed with this spot.

This is a beautiful condo in downtown Ann Arbor. Easy access with outside and interior door codes, wonderfully decorated and light-filled with large windows overlooking Main Street. It came with every amenity...plenty of outlets/charging codes, coffee/tea to start the morning, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and even a parking pass for a nearby lot. The area is filled with great restaurants and shops and you can walk to State Street, University of Michigan Central Campus & the Big House. I just wish I had more time to spend there.

Spacious, sun-filled, artfully-decorated apartment in the center of Ann Arbor. Ryan has stocked the apartment with every amenity, making our stay extremely comfortable. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops, and book stores, farmer markets, and grocery stores within walking distance that you won’t want for anything. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Ann Arbor!

Had a wonderful one week stay at the property with my daughter. The property is located in the center of downtown Ann Arbor and easy access to downtown and had everything we needed. The property also provides a parking pass to a garage a few blocks away which was very convenient.

This place was incredible. Perfect location to walk everywhere in Ann Arbor. Host was very accommodating and had coffee supplies ready for us and the thermostat set to our preferred temperature when we arrived. The home is incredibly cool and has an urban loft kind of feel with exposed brick. There is even an old school Nintendo! We had a great time and would love to stay here again.

The location and gorgeous apartment were ability perfect for a family vacation to see our UMich graduate. Incredible coffee, restaurants, and bars are right there, but still quiet enough to get a toddler to sleep. The host was so accommodating about our travel schedule, and such a joy to interact with. Thank you again for having us!

The lofts were amazing! Beautiful property with every detail thoroughly thought out to make your stay exceptional. The design was second to none! Plus you are in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor making it easy to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and stores. It will be my go to stay from now on!

We had a great stay in Ryan’s loft while in Ann Arbor visiting our son on campus. This place has everything you could ever need! All the basics of course … but it’s the little extras too that make the difference. Need to hang something, there’s a hook. It’s raining, there’s an umbrella. Have a headache there’s Advil. Want caffeine, there’s coffee.Plus all the comforts imaginable; cozy sofa, fantastic sheets/pillows/comforters, even matching wooden hangers in the closets (yes I get excited about the small things!) Oh also … this place is spotlessly CLEAN!Bathroom was AMAZING (cutest shower ever … rent this place, you’ll see!) Parking was also lovely as you get a pass for a nearby garage … and having codes for bldg/unit were nice, no need to carry keys. We got to meet/chat with Ryan a bit during our stay too … this is definitely a host who loves doing this! We didn’t need anything during our stay, but I have no doubt he’d be super responsive if the need arose. And receiving wonderfully detailed instructions on entry/the unit/parking before our trip was amazingly helpful too. And the location; well … that’s a mic drop. There simply isn’t a better area in AA, in our opinion. Easy walk to campus and State St, plus dozens of bars, restaurants, coffee places, cute boutiques etc are literally steps away. (We highly recommend Roo’s Roast for coffee, Taq for lunch, Echelon for dinner and Nightcap for a nightcap!)Don’t hesitate to rent Wanderlust Manor … 5 stars all the way!

I stayed in the loft for 10 nights with my two daughters (plus a niece part of the time) and it fully lived up to all the great reviews. Beautifully furnished with lots of tasteful small touches. The kitchen is well equipped and when there was one small item missing Ryan had a replacement there the next day! The loft beds are very cool but beware if you are not fit, climbing up isn't all that easy. When my nephew visited us with his small children they loved climbing up though! The location is great, lots to do right outside your door and walkable to UM campus. We enjoyed trying out different local spots for breakfast. Communication with the host was very good, we appreciated the detailed information about check-in and periodic check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed. We will hopefully be back when we visit family in the area again.

This is such a fun home for a family. Room for all and the loft beds offer a fun sense of adventure. The home is stocked with all the things you will need, including cozy blankets for snuggling on the couch and extra supplies for what you might have forgotten in the bathroom. Well appointed home and a gracious host.

From the moment we arrived it was clear that the host, Ryan, had gone above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect! This apartment is filled with top notch amenities and many extras which made for a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well-stocked. Communication with Ryan was easy. It was very evident that he truly cared about the our experience. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one definitely stands out!

We stayed a week at Ryan’s downtown loft condo. The place is impeccable - very clean and new with nice windows, furnishings, and in a perfect location. Ryan was easy to communicate with and the place had everything we need. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely perfect place to enjoy everything Ann Arbor has to offer. Steps away from the best restaurants, cocktail lounges and a short walk to entertainment venues (The Ark, Michigan and State theaters, Hill Auditorium.) The living area is light and comfortable. Great shower (beautiful tile work), comfortable beds, functional kitchen, fast wifi, soundproof windows overlooking a vibrant Main Street. Ryan is pleasant and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. You could not ask for a better spot for a downtown vacation.

This is one of those reviews you’re scared to write because you don’t want it to get so popular that you can never book it again!! This rental exceeds every expectation, every picture, every description. The entire flat was better than the pictures. The large windows facing over Ann Arbor’s Main Street was as perfect as you can get on the snowy nights we were there. All of the great restaurants are right underneath you and it made our stay that much better. We felt like locals right in the heart of this great city and Ryan was an incredible host. We could not have had a better stay. We will absolutely be back. Book this one with absolute confidence!!

If you’re looking for a truly outstanding space in Ann Arbor, you’ve found it! This rental was a huge highlight of a recent visit. It is completely updated/renovated and does the historic nature of the building justice. The high beautiful windows look out onto quaint shops, multiple restaurants, coffee shops, etc. So much to walk around and see. The location is perfect. If you have a student on the UMich campus, it is very convenient. Close enough to visit easily, yet gives enough to do when not with your student. The condo itself is fabulous - very clean and comfortable with lots of great amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated living room, spa-like bathroom, very comfortable beds. The host provides so many extras to make the stay nicer: coffee in the kitchen, soaps, lotions, hair dryer, etc. in the bathroom. The attention to detail is remarkable. Ryan, the host, makes everything seamless. Some highlights are: superb communication, very clear instructions for check-in, provided a well-thought-out brochure with instructions, tips for things to do in Ann Arbor, made himself available for questions, and even provided a pass for parking access in the nearby garage. Ann Arbor parking can be a challenge, so having this option made it so convenient. As far as hosts go, he was incredibly hospitable. This is one of the best experiences I have had using a vacation rental. I highly-highly recommend it. In the future, I will definitely request to stay here again.

We stayed while a family member had a procedure at the U of M hospital. The apartment is in a perfect location to visit many shops and restaurants and a short distance from the hospital. The parking garage was easy to get to. Ryan was very helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The apartment is beautiful and has anything you might need to feel comfortable. We absolutely loved this space and will definitely stay here again!

Seriously! Wanderlust Manor was better than we could imagine!!!! Anything and everything was at our fingertips. Anything we needed was answered in our welcome packet! Beyond that, our host, Ryan, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! The loft is in excellent condition, the location can’t be beat…we loon forward to staying again!

We loved everything about the property. It was a fabulous location, and the condo itself was amazing. Bigger than expected and very clean and nicely decorated. Property owners were very responsive to any inquiries. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

We loved our stay at “Wanderlust Manor”! Our family of 4 came to Ann Arbor for our son’s freshman year move-in. Ryan was a fantastic host. He was incredibly responsive, sent details and instructions, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was perfect! We had space for everyone, loved the decor and personal touches, the huge windows overlooking the street, the spacious bathroom, big tv, etc. They provided all the things you need that you don’t always find in a Vrbo - dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, even qtips and cotton balls. The towels were nice, thick and soft. They supplied multiple charging outlets and cords which were a bonus because I definitely forgot mine. Ryan gave us a parking pass for a secure underground lot that was around the corner. I felt safe leaving a fully loaded/packed suv filled with all our belongings in that lot which was a huge concern for me. We hope to be able to stay here every time we come to town. I wish I could buy this place myself!! It’s perfect. Thank you Ryan for sharing your home!

1) this was cheaper than a hotel. My adult daughter and I would have gotten 2 hotel rooms for four nights and gone broke before we even got there. 2) it felt like our place. The living room was inviting, and thoughtfully designed. My daughter did work at the desk, we all lounged on the couches to read by the massive windows, chargers were everywhere. 3) Ryan was great. Always answered within a short time, smart guy so knew what you were really asking, cared for his place, the guests, and Ann Arbor! 4) The location is tough to beat. The summer street party, a zillion restaurants including a 24/7 diner, shopping...it's a great meeting space because of the high ceilings and light from the front windows. 5) clean...bathroom, bedrooms are immaculate, no dusty corners, all modern fixtures in bath/kitchen. Everything is well decorated, which oozes charm, and caring. 6) lastly the parking pass! What a bonus! I really did feel like I owned the place just breezing in and out of parking! Great add, and is evidence of the thoughtfulness of the hosts. The only problem with it is trying to book it before someone else does for my next stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment was in a perfect location in the middle of all the action, yet so quiet inside. The unit was immaculate and the host provided so many lovely touches to make it feel like a home.

What a lovely place! I stayed here with my two adult daughters for a few nights and we had the best time. The condo is beautifully decorated and offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay - coffee, tea, spices, etc. Plenty of phone charging cords. Great lighting. I was especially delighted by the galaxy projectors that were running in both bedrooms when we arrived, making the rooms look fun and inviting with stars everywhere! As far as location, it’s perfect! Close to The Ark, bookstores, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. Overnight parking is nearby — an easy a 3-5 minute walk away. It’s also fun to people watch from the huge windows, as they face Main Street. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful lodging experience in Ann Arbor.
