Our home is located in a building with 24/7 Security & Front door people near Downtown and South Loop. Once you get your key/fob based on our simple check-in guide, you walk into a nice lobby with a doorman. With key/fob, you may walk right in like you live in the home and go up to your floor.

Once you take the elevator up, you take a left out of the elevator and walk all the way down to the corner unit.

Open the door and you are welcome to beautiful views of Chicago. The home opens up to a kitchen on the right and the living room straight ahead. To the left is bedroom and bathroom one. If you walk further one, you`ll see bedroom and bathroom two.

There are also great amenities so make sure to keep your fob with you at all times! There is a rooftop deck, business center, and a lounge for your enjoyment. You may also use the laundry facilities for $2 per wash and $2 per dry. Lastly, there is a gym attached to the building, which you may purchase passes during your stay.

:
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

:
A: The home is very easy to get to via public transit. There is public parking connected to the building, operated by LAZ. It is $15-30 / night. SPOTANGELS is your best bet to find FREE parking. Before you park please check all available signs as they may have changed and make sure there are no parking restrictions. Please use SPOTHERO for other parking options.

: , ,
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you with a starter pack of toilet papers.

:
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.

:
A: Yes. And we wouldn`t trust any listing with which this isn`t the case.

:
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

: `
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don`t actually control this.

:
A: Very. Some guests say they`re the best they`ve ever slept on!

The South Loop is such a dynamic mix of attractions and histories that the neighborhood tends to be seen as many different things to many different people. Consider the assorted areas that comprise the South Loop:

Much of its eastern edge is encompassed by the Museum Campus, an impressive collection of cultural treasures that includes the Field Museum, Adler Planetarium and Shedd Aquarium. This campus sits on scenic lakefront parklands that are an extension of Grant Park. With 319 acres of green space and recreational fields, Grant Park is known as `Chicago`s front yard` to locals and also plays host to major city events such as Taste of Chicago, Chicago Blues Festival and Lollapalooza.

Jutting out further into Lake Michigan is Northerly Island, a peninsula sought out by nature lovers, while along the southern edge the sports fans know Soldier Field as the stadium for the beloved Chicago Bears football team. Meeting attendees are most familiar with McCormick Place, the largest convention center in the country, which is also in the immediate area.

And yet there are even more facets to the South Loop. History buffs point out the Motor Row District along South Michigan Avenue and nearby Prairie Avenue District, the `Millionaire`s Row` that was lined with mansions belonging to Chicago`s most wealthy elite during the end of the 19th century.

In the adjacent Printer`s Row neighborhood, urban loft condos now fill the commercial spaces in what was formerly the center of the Midwest`s publishing industry. Connections to this past are still seen within the venerable, independent book store and annual summer lit fest here. But business professionals and students have brought new life and redevelopment (though the vibe remains mellow), filling the restaurants, music clubs, smaller theaters and museums that have all established themselves in the community.

You are only a 1 block away from the Green, Red, and Orange `L` subway stop, which gets you virtually everywhere in the City. You are also a short walk to a number of restaurants and attractions

This condo is right on Michigan Ave across from Grant Park & the views are amazing! We had perfect views of the fireworks. There’s parking attached to the building which you will need to reserve & pay for. We received detailed pictures of what to look for when checking in. It was very helpful. The pictures online are exact. We needed 2 king size beds & the rooms were perfect. The VBRO owners are always happy to help with any questions & they respond quickly & are a pleasure to work with.

Our stay was terrific nicely situated close to the Metro stations super clean beds were comfortable including the pull out sofa bed. Owner was quick to respond and I suggest using spot angels for parking if you do not park in the garage next to the unit

The property is clean, quiet, and comfortable, with great views of Lake Michigan! We didn’t use the kitchen for lunch or dinner, but it was nice to have for breakfast, and the provided coffee was a pleasant bonus! The location is an easy walk to the museum campus and the Willis Tower. If we were going any further, Ubers were plentiful. One night we walked to AO Hawaiian Hideout, which was a fun Asian restaurant nearby, check it out if you stay here!

We stayed for a week for spring break. Very easy walking access to Field museum and Shedd Aquarium. The views are amazing. Some tips:1) There is a parking garage connected to the building (you do not have to go outside to access the building from the parking garage once you have your key fob). The garage is operated by LAZ Parking (download the app). Be aware- you cannot buy a pass for the whole week unless you are not planning on leaving the garage- there is a single in and out policy. I bought a pass for the whole week and it was only valid for less than 24 hrs because I left the garage the next day and couldn't reenter- they did not give me a partial refund.2) You need to hold the key fob on the entry points for about 4 seconds for it to work.3) As of our stay, they did not have pans for the oven...so bring some foil if you want to reheat items in the oven.4) The shower tubs get super slippery when wet, two of our family members fell- so be careful when stepping in!Overall, we had a great stay. Our son is in a wheelchair and everything was very accessible!

I’m originally from Chicago. I knew the area was nice, but we were genuinely blown away how beautiful the view is from this property. We found ourselves standing in front of the windows, looking outwards for long periods of time. Highly recommend.

Brought my daughter and her boyfriend to Chicago for a few days to celebrate graduating HS. Unit is well located, nicely decorated, and above all, CLEAN! Beds were comfy (even the sofa bed) and all linens and towels were provided. Getting there from Midway airport was a single train on the CTA Orange Line and a short walk from Roosevelt Station. Would definitely stay here again - our only regret was that our trip was so short!
