Very nice location and place is beautiful. We would definitely return.

This condo was perfect for us. It was huge and in a fabulous location. We could easily walk to the Gulf of Mexico and all of the cute shops and restaurants in downtown Dunedin. The owner was so nice and even gave us a ride to a wedding we were going to. Will try to stay here again the next time we come to Dunedin!!

This condo went beyond our expectations. It was spacious, had upgraded appliances and amenities and beautifully decorated. Reserved parking was a plus in this busy, quaint town

The unit well appointed with everything like spices, olive oil etc and beach cart, chairs and umbrella. Nice upscale unit with great open floor living. Great spacious bathrooms. Location can’t be beat. Highly recommend.. already have a friend who is booking. Well done!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect for getting around, the decor was beautiful, and cleanliness was top notch! The property is well stocked with everything you need! Dunedin is so cute with so many places to explore! We biked up the Pinellas Trail which is close to the property and hit many restaurants and breweries. We ran into Jorge along the way (he was very accommodating) and Christine reached out via text along the way to check in to make sure we had all of the information needed. We were 2 couples traveling and all said we’d stay at this property again!

Once again we had a wonderful stay here. Such a great location and everything we need while visiting family. Thanks!

This unit is top of the line in every category - location, cleanliness, furniture and decor, and the entire process from check in to check out. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Nice restaurants, coffee houses, entertainment, park all within a very short walk.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed. You could hear some noise from the restaurants nearby but everything was quiet by 11. Considering everything that is right outside the door that is saying something. Christine was a sweetheart, access to the apartment was effortless, and I felt like she was available without hovering. I can't wait to stay here again.

Have just completed a two week stay at this well-appointed, spacious and perfectly located downtown Dunedin condo. The hosts have truly thought of everything, and our stay was so comfortable! Literally in the heart of downtown - a car is unnecessary as everything is within walking distance - and Uber is everywhere. Loved it so much we immediately booked for next year!

We are repeat visitors at our favorite Dunedin spot. Everything was perfect and the hosts are very accommodating. There isn’t a more convenient place in Dunedin.

Think the title says it all. Very secure and landlord on site to answer all your questions. Probably shouldn’t give a great review because it will be more difficult to book but I got to be honest. Best place we have ever rented in Florida by far

We had a great stay at this property! Check in process was smooth, unit was meticulously clean, and the host was very accommodating. We especially loved the special touch of a wine bucket and champagne glasses being left on the counter after we inquired if there were any. Additionally, the location and convenience this condo offers cannot be beat! Thank you!

What a wonderful experience! This condo is in a perfect location. Christine and Jorge were very welcoming hosts. They ensured we understood where to park and how to access the property, well in advance of our arrival. Jorge greeted us at the door and was available to answer any questions we may have. Christine was so kind in offering multiple suggestions for dinner. The condo was spotlessly clean with the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were large with high-end touches. The open concept kitchen and greatroom offered plenty of space for everyone to unwind. We especially enjoyed relaxing out on the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in beautiful Dunedin. We look forward to visiting again for a longer duration.
