Located on the picturesque Oak Street, this light & bright condo is steps to the gondola and chair 8, historic main street & all the highlights that make Telluride the epic mountain town that it is! A plethora of drinking & dining options are at your fingertips and festivals are just a hulu-hoop skip away!  While inside, enjoy a lovely top floor balcony w/ views of the waterfall& ski area and an interior that has a thoughtfully curated design from top to bottom! Off street parking is available for a park it and forget it get-away!



THE SPACE:
On the main level guests will find a small mud room, a bedroom with a queen bed & an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The lower level has a large bedroom with a queen bed and an additional single day bed. There is an additional en-suite bath for this room and a stacked washer and dryer. The bright and sunny upper level boasts vaulted ceilings with an open living space that includes a dining nook and kitchen with views to the ski mountain and the iconic view looking towards Bridal Veil Falls. 



The Downtown Dahl Haus is cozy, comfortable and well appointed. Luxury amenities include new bedding, flat screen smart TV and a fully stocked Chef's kitchen with a separate dining banquette that seats 6.



There is a locked closet directly outside the front door to safely store your skis, boots and other adventure gear. 



**Please note, the three levels are connected via a spiral staircase which may be difficult for young children or those with mobility issues to navigate. Please take this into consideration when booking**

    We had a great time! Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues given the 3 levels connected by a spiral staircase, but it was great for our group!

    Couldn't have been happier with the Dahl House. It is well appointed, managed, and cared for and the location in Telluride can't be beat. Walk 30 seconds to everything, the gondola, the market, rentals, bars, restaurants, etc.

    This was the best location in Telluride! We loved being just a few blocks from the gondola and all the restaurants and shops. It was clean, updated, and beds were comfortable. Great views of the mountains from the living room area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
