The property is an absolutely beautiful. The location is in the warehouse district which is close enough to walk to the French Quarter and far away enough from all of the noise. The property has all of the amenities that you need for your stay. I will definitely stay here again with no question. This property did not disappoint. Erika was an absolute doll. Very attentive and quick to respond.

This place was great, and the check in/out was pretty simple. I was glad to find a place close to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center that was a good value and a fun place! I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be back in that convention center.

We spent a good bit of our time outside on the balcony at the condo during down time, when we weren't out enjoying the French Quarter, the Riverwalk, the many local chef choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The condo was the perfect home base for us. We appreciated its locality to the must-see areas, enjoyed that the proximity was walking distance to everything without the evening crowd's hustle and bustle when it came time to relax. The beds, baths, furniture, etc were very comfortable. We felt the value well worth the price. We would stay here again, no question. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice unit, great location.

Location is a 20 minute walk to all the action on Canal street, Bourbon street, Royal and Decatur St. The Condo was so clean and had everything we needed. They provided some toiletries and chips, water bottles, sodas and lots of coffee. Host provided good communication. Check in was easy. Would definitely recommend.

This is a fabulous property. What a gorgeous apartment - away from the major bustle of downtown but close enough to walk to many areas of interest. The building is clean and well maintained, oozing charm with its high ceilings and brick walls. Communication with the property managers was SPOT ON! They were so clear and accommodating. Highly recommend and we will 100% stay here again when we return to NOLA.

Location was perfect. We had very noisy neighbors who played loud nasty music early and smoked pot on the balcony. The management was responsive but it was an unfortunate situation.

We loved the condo in The Refinery. Very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. Perfect for 4 adults. We walked to most every NOLA attraction and area but Ubers were readily available when needed. I would recommend this condo.

The high ceilings and welcoming peaceful colors and solitude found in the unit were a welcome respite from the noise outside. Everything was exactly as explained in the email, and easy to find. We really enjoyed the welcome basket of local chips!I would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to other travelers!

Beautifully appointed property…..so comfortable, spacious, and modern that we wanted to stay and will definitely be back! Conveniently located. We only used our vehicle to arrive and depart. Coffee, creamer, soda, local snacks, water, and lots of essentials in the bathrooms….everything was so well thought out. Communication throughout our booking and stay was spot on. Do not hesitate to rent this property!(

I have stayed at this property many times while visiting family at Tulane. The unit is gorgeous, spacious and well appointed. The host is always so attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!! Excellent location as well - easy walk to casino, restaurants and French quarter

This place is amazing! Great location, very clean, very comfortable, easy management! We would stay again in a heartbeat! Only one small improvement is they need to improve their internet. We found that only one device could connect at a time. (However, we also enjoyed the fact that only one device could connect)! Helped motivate our kids to get outside! Anytime we come back to NO this is going to be the place we stay!

Great property to stay at, close to the action, but far enough away to get away from the action. They property was just as pictured.

Everything about our stay was perfect. It was close enough to the french quarter but also it was nice to be out of the fray a bit. Highly recommend the property management team as well. Excellent communication and very helpful.

The apartment was comfortable, immaculate and convenient. The property management was very communicative. We will be back again for another stay and if we are a larger group we now know you can get ajoining apartments.

This was absolutely the most gorgeous Condo . It was super clean very glamorous. The welcome packet from the management company was so nice. They were super helpful. Great location. Love the balcony and just the overall condo was absolutely gorgeous. I wish I could've extended my stay. If we come back to New Orleans, I will definitely stay here.

The condo was amazing! I will definitely be rebooking in the future. It was in a great location; walking distance to plenty of restaurants, including one just next door. We enjoyed having drinks on the balcony. The property manager was quick to respond. The check in/out process was quick and simple. I can’t wait to book here again.

Management team was incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. The property was absolutely gorgeous, everything in perfect working order. Lover and the starter kit including coffee, plus the lagniappe of sodas and snacks.

Fantastic location for convention. Late night bites right next door. Everything was top notch, clean, well equipped. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space to relax after a long day of meetings - for less than hotel rooms in the area. You’ll be glad to stay here!

Wonderful apartment, great location! I think the only problems were a rusty salt shaker and for some reason the thermostat shot up to 76 our last night. Very clean, loved the balcony. I also appreciated the soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, etc.
