The Space:

This rare 2,500 sq ft downtown condo offers a level of convenience almost impossible to find in the center of Austin. Complete with a small, private rooftop deck that overlooks the city.


r>Spend the day exploring the city or relaxing on the rooftop deck, then walk right over to the iconic bars of 6th Street for a night out! 



THE UNIT: The open, U-shaped layout provides plenty of space and privacy. Upon entering the loft, you are greeted by a quiet, in-home workspace which is perfect for business travelers. Head down the hallway and past Bathroom 1, with double vanities and a bathtub, to find Bedroom 1 on the left. A plush, Queen size Murphy bed allows guests to maximize floor space during the day. At night, a black-out curtain provides additional privacy for these guests.



Curl up with a good book on one of the living area's many couches or to watch your favorite film on the 55 Flat Screen TV. This community area also houses the kitchen, which is fully stocked with cooking and serving supplies. Enjoy a business lunch meeting, or delicious family dinner, at the 6 person dining table in the back hallway. Bathroom 2, also with double vanities and a walk-in shower, can be found off of the back hallway. Just around the corner is Bedroom 2 which features a Queen size bed and plenty of closet space for long-term stays!



Grab a glass of wine and head up the staircase to find a sweeping rooftop deck. Relax as you enjoy the sunset overlooking the downtown skyline, and when you're ready for a night out on the town, you are literally steps away from Austin's most popular bars!

    The location and condo were awesome—we had a great time on our trip! The only real issues were with how the place was stocked. We didn’t have any trash bags and only one dishwasher pod. Extra blankets were pretty limited too, and one of them even looked like it had a blood stain.It does get a little noisy at night, but the listing mentions that, so it wasn’t a surprise. There’s definitely a mix of people around, which we actually thought was fun because we love people‑watching!If you’re wondering whether I’d stay here again or recommend it—absolutely. Everything I mentioned is totally fixable. The open layout was super cool, and if/when I’m back in Austin, I’ll definitely be checking if this place is available again.

    Our family of 4 just spent a long weekend moving our son to college. The apartment is in a good location and includes a parking space, which was very appreciated. The fact that this property is a loft was also interesting to experience. However, the apartment needs renovation and updating. For example, the furniture is old, pillows are uncomfortable and windows lack shades to minimize street lights at night. In addition, the a/c is not cooling sufficiently and smells musty and shower door does not stay closed. I was really hoping that we would enjoy staying here, but as it was, I could not wait to leave. I’m sure that after this property is renovated it will be a great place to stay.

    Great location right on sixth street, the loft itself was beautiful and a lot of space to work with. The rooftop deck was our favorite part, the view was amazing! Will be looking to stay again if were back in Austin!

    Great location and place. Only issue is that the pull out sofa is not very comfortable. Surely it could be replaced with something more comfortable like a futon or another Murphy bed with curtains could be added. Tons of space in the office area

    Phenomenal loft apartment in a great location. We loved everything about our stay. Property was easy to access through the code, super clean, well equipped and just a really cool space. The location was so central. If you’re looking for something very quiet or are not used to cities (and some homeless people on the street in front), this may not be the place for you. But for our family (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen ) looking to explore Austin for a long weekend, it was terrific. We’re already planning to come back.

    We had a great stay at this beautiful loft! The location was perfect, and the space was well-appointed with everything we needed and more. The loft itself was amazing, and the VRBO host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of.That said, there were a couple of issues beyond the owner’s control. The homeless population congregating near the building’s entrance was unsettling, especially when traveling with two teen daughters. Additionally, the building management (not associated with VRBO) had our car towed for no apparent reason, which caused unnecessary stress and disrupted our plans. Thankfully, the VRBO host was quick to assist and helped us resolve the issue.Overall, I’d rate this a 7/10. While the negatives were out of the owner’s control, they did impact our experience. However, the loft itself was truly fantastic, and we appreciated the excellent service from the VRBO host!

    My brothers and I recently went on a tour of America, and we found this lovely place outside of 6th street. Check-in was EASY Location was fantastic The place was clean, open, tons of natural lighting and an it had an AMAZING rooftop patio. Beds and sofas were comfy, they had a large TV so we could watch the game, Go 49ers!, Great place, we loved it, and would love to stay again!

    (Email sent to manager received no response) Hello, We are finishing up our stay and will be leaving early tomorrow morning. Before we leave, I wanted to address several issues directly with you rather than leaving a negative review. I hope this provides you with an opportunity to address these concerns and improve in the future. Firstly, the photos posted of the property are quite misleading and should be updated. We were unable to use the deck because the furniture was in disarray, with mold and rips on multiple cushions. The railing was severely damaged, and there was standing water and garbage covering the walkways. Secondly, it seems there was no prior housekeeping done, as one of the couches had bird feathers and feces on the cushions, and was generally filthy upon our arrival, despite there being no bird in the unit. Thirdly, during our stay, we encountered more than a dozen water bugs in the kitchen/dining area. Additionally, we couldn't use the dishwasher due to standing water and a foul odor emanating from it. Lastly, and most importantly, the Murphy bed is infested with bed bugs. There are blood stains and excrement on the sheets, mattress, and pillows, indicating bedbugs, as well as a lack of preparation by housekeeping. Unfortunately, we only discovered this on Sunday morning after our Saturday night guest woke up with multiple bites on their arm, hand, and stomach. As a result, two of our guests had to incur additional costs for hotel rooms (limit reached)
