Downtown condo #36 with great park view, easy walk to downtown, fast wifi

Great location, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

My guests and I had an amazing visit to TC, and this rental made the long days out and about feel like we were coming home. The bedrooms are all spacious and provided more than enough room for our party of 6 adults. The bathrooms were both well stocked and the shower has both hot water and great water pressure. Downstairs was such a good space for hanging out, and the kitchen was perfect for making a few meals. We used the oven several times and it worked out well for each meal.The location is the perfect distance from so many activities on the area. This place was a six minute walk from our sunset cruise pickup location, right down the road from a beautiful park with paddle board rentals (walkable), and so close to so many of the local wineries. Our host, Roy, was great for communication! I would definitely book this condo again.

Great location! Everything was very clean except for the coffee cups, they had all coffee residue that the dishwasher must not be getting out.

The booking process was easy, the property was described exactly as it is, the location is ideal, the condo is spacious and the property manager is responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Great location and place! Only draw back is the shower in the full bathroom! The tub is stained and makes a lot of squeaking when you are in the shower, which you can hear downstairs too!! The rest of the bathroom is newer, just need to get the tub updated!!

Just a beautiful property with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Great selection of tableware and even a keurig! Roy was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating We will definitely be backHighly recommend

the unit is in a great location to walk to downtown TC. The living room, kitchen and dining room are very comfortable to relax in. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms are pretty hard. Some updating to items needs to take place. The coffee cups have been around for a long time and are very well stained. Some of the hand towels were bleached out and overall the towels have been in use for some time. The unit was clean and the owner was easy to speak with. Overall- I would recommend this unit to friends and family.

The condo was very clean and comfortable but the highlight was the location. We were walking distance to the beach, entertainment and lots of great dining and shopping options. Communication was great and we'd be happy to stay there again in the future.

Stay was great. Space is really nice, great location to downtown. Only downside was they did not provide hand towels for the bathroom, only bath towels and washclothes. Otherwise, it was a perfect spot.

Great centralized location for Fish Town, Leelanau Peninsula & Mission Pointe wine and distillery visits. Walking distance to great downtown shopping.

Was good for a week stay with my two younger children. Clean, well kept. Not a big deal, but little kitchen basics; salt, pepper, oil, spices, etc. So if you plan on cooking, plan on bringing those and maybe a decent pan. I'd stay again. Also, A basic park with playground across the street :)

Nice property and location. Enjoyed our stay. Might benefit from dusting of lamp fixtures to raise the level. Snacks from previous guests found under the sofa cushions indicate cleaning could be improved, although the place was otherwise very clean. Definitely needs a new refrigerator. A bit dissapointing to arrive finding a note telling guests to not overload the refrigerator as a solution to an inefficient refrigerator. Parking was easy and it's very walkable to downtown area. Communication with host clear, timely and without any issues.

We had a great time here using it as a base for a long ski weekend. We also enjoyed the food and other amenities Traverse City has to offer!

We had a blast staying at this condo in Traverse City! It was exactly what we were looking for, so cozy and comfortable.The host was quick to respond and very kind. The property is in the perfect location. centrally located. We honestly were sad we didn’t have more time to enjoy the space on our trip! 10/10 would recommend!! Looking forward to our next stay!

Grwat location, nice property, overall clean. Some supplies were not stocked but the host responded very quickly. One thing that would have made our stay better would be more comfortable mattresses, especially the twin beds.

This condo was perfect for our weekend in Traverse City for the Mac and Cheese Bake Off. Check in was easy, parking was easy and very close to the door, location is perfect and walkable to many things.
