Walk in and the living room does the work: sectional, indoor fireplace, big TV, light from the windows. The kitchen is a real one (GE stove, oven, dishwasher, drip/French press/pour-over), not a wet bar. The bedroom is a queen with blackout shades for the early gondola. One bathroom, washer/dryer in the unit. The sofa bed is for a third person, not a surprise. Heated floors after a cold walk. Central A/C when town is hot. Sonos, a workspace if you have to, board games if you don't, and a private patio for coffee or a last glass of wine.
The entire condo is yours, private entrance, patio included. Paid garage steps away, $15 a day and an EV charger. Check-in 4-9 PM, out at 10. I'll send access after you book.
Sleeps 3. No pets (HOA doesn't allow emotional support animals either), no smoking, no parties, no commercial filming. HOA wants guest names 24 hours before arrival. Not a fit for infants under 2. It's a quiet building. That's part of why it feels like home.
