Dolphin Views! Beachfront 3-bedroom condo - Enjoy Sunrise on the Beach!

The property was very nice and comfortable. Loved the the balcony, comfortable furniture, and beds. We did have a couple of concerns with cleanliness. The main bathroom had hair on the tub surround. The hosts were notified but didn’t respond. Also the living room chairs and ottoman are in need of a professional cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have a countertop oven/air fryer. The only thing we needed that wasn’t included was tissues. We would have appreciated knowing that so we could pick some up when we went out for groceries. Also please put the name of the building on the address. Just looking for property numbers was difficult as foliage occluded some.

Perfect unit for our family. Two doors to access beautiful beach and ocean view balcony. One from the master and one from the main living room allowed our family to enjoy the views. Well stocked kitchen was perfect for our family who enjoys cooking in. Bedrooms were perfect and allowed everyone their own space without feeling crowded.Property owner, Holden, was fantastic to work with and very responsive with questions and information. We would certainly stay with them again. 5 Stars

Everything was as listed. Nice of owner to check in with us during stay. Building was going through some upgrades. Proximity to beach and view were fantastic. Nice that building was not a huge building so easy to get elevator and parking was simple. Walking distance to souvenir stores and Walmart

Beautiful beach view. Great location. Unable to get in outdoor pool due to cooler weather but indoor pool was a hit. Unit has beach toys and chairs which was super convenient.

This was a good value. Clean and great beach view. Plenty of room, and good extras like tvs, kitchen appliances, etc. the air had a hard time keeping up and it only in the upper 70s or low 80s. Overall a great experience and we would definitely repeat!

Well organized kitchen. Room is right off the elevator so no need to walk on open balcony if scared of hights. Easy beach access. Close to downtown but far enough away.

Great location and great place to stay. The views were awesome and we saw dolphins every morning about 730. Had a great time and we would come back here.

Everything was good. Coffee pot didn’t work and they had a new one delivered the next day.

The balcony was my favorite..spent alot of time there! Being on my own..not planned and having no vehicle and walking everywhere....the blvd was kinda scary walking on...had a bike path but the way those cars just fly by ...Walki g was a distance to mainly everything.

Very nice condo, clean and bright. Loved the location, is close to shopping and restaurants. Pool area had plenty of lounges and chairs. Addition of grab bars in the shower would be helpful because of the higher step in.

We had the best week in this condo! So clean, so conveniently located and the owners are very responsive. You won’t regret staying here!

On arrival, the place was very clean and at a nice cold room temperature. A great view of the ocean. It had everything you needed for your stay. I highly recommend.

Perfect spot for families! The property was just as advertised—clean, comfortable, and stocked with thoughtful extras for kids, like a high chair, stroller, beach toys, and even Magna-Tiles. We loved the spacious patio, quick walk to the beach and pool, and all the provided beach gear. A memorable, stress-free stay—we’d definitely come back!

The condo was exactly as pictured and described an it was totally spotless when we checked in. The condo is spacious and the master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms by the kitchen. So, far enough dor privacy but not so far that you couldn't hear kids if they're in the other bedrooms.

This was our first time to the area and was overall very pleased with the condo and the convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores. View from our spacious balcony was awesome! Had everything we needed in the condo. We went late April so beaches and restaurants were not crowded at all. Hosts were very organized and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Very easy check in, accurate description, perfect spot on the beach, enjoyed the amenities(hot tub, sauna, heated pool), close to everything. Plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. We had great communication with the owners, they truly want you to have the perfect experience and go above and beyond. We will be back! Highly recommend!

This was exactly as pictured. This was a very clean condo that was fully stocked with everything. Even had a tub of beach toys outside for the kids. The view was great, the indoor pool and hot tub were also very nice. We will definitely be staying here again next year on vacation!

The condo was amazing. Very clean and cozy. The beds were comfy and each room had a TV. The host was easy to communicate with. The living room Roku didn’t have Disney plus so I reached out to the host and they responded almost immediately, unlocking the Roku, allowing us to download the app to the TV. We had 6 kids stay with us. Ranging from 4 to 14. They had board games, card games, and a closet full of baby and toddler items to play with. The beach was nice and clean, the area was nice, wal-mart and souvenir shops within a 2 block radius. I don’t have really any complaints but if I had to change anything I would request there be more towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

I visit Orange Beach every year, and this was by far my best stay! The property was stunning, and the accommodations were exceptional. Windward Point is in an amazing location, but what set this trip apart was our hosts, who went above and beyond. They even checked in with us halfway through our stay to make sure everything was going well. The extra books, games, beach toys, and baby items were a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be booking this condo again whenever we can.

We loved our stay at this condo. The decor was tasteful and classy. They had everything we needed (even for the 1 year old baby!) It was so easy to walk down to the pool and/or the beach. If we go back to OB, we will definitely stay here again!
