    Excellent location; walking around town from the unit is so nice. Beds are comfortable. A few issues came up but the property manager addressed them to the best of their ability.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very comfortable stay right on Main street. The location couldn't be beat! We walked everywhere. I would suggest an extra fan in the unit - it got very warm in there (we stayed in the summer). There are 2 fans, but it would be nice to have a fan in each room as one of the rooms was very warm and we struggled to cool it down. It also looked like the sheets on the pull out couch had not been cleaned and luckily there were extra sheets in the closet - this would be a note for the cleaning crew. Very minor issues. Everything else was great, thank you for letting us stay!

    Great location on Main Street of Breckinridge for a reasonable price. Location is literally across the street/ down the street from many restaurants, shops, bike rental place, farmers market on the weekend. The only complaint I have is that the lack of air conditioning made sleeping a little tough in July. There are fans available which did help. We had a great time & would stay here again.

    We absolutely loved the location of this property. Much to do for a family and fun for everyone. I super enjoyed the convenience of walking out the front door right out onto Main Street for lunches snacks treats and shopping. Everything was fabulous during our stay. The only thing I would advise for perhaps an older couple or anyone with health troubles is that coupled with the elevation changes and the three flights of stairs one could get a little winded with luggage and groceries etc. Other than that we definitely plan to stay at this building again in the future we absolutely love Breckenridge and this is our fourth time to this ski resort.
