This rental comes with one (1) Rehoboth Beach parking permit, effective May 15 - September 15 annually. Keep in mind this permit is for non-metered street parking, and the street immediately in front of the property is metered.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

    Our stay was over a weekend when a big storm blew in, so we spent a good amount of time inside. The big plus to this apartment is the screened in porch, as it adds much needed additional living space. Other notable amenities were a decent sized kitchen where we did a lot of cooking and a comfy recliner in the living area. The location is great for walking to the beach or the main shopping/dining area.The notable downside to this spot were the beds. They were all older frames, the twin beds squeaked a lot and the full size bed mattress sagged a good bit in the middle. Sleep wasn't the best in our group. Also, a heads up that you may need to bring your own hand soap (none was provided) and extra toilet paper (there was only one roll provided).

    Unclean Unit and Poor CommunicationUnit appears to be a converted 2 car garage Checked in on 7/19, There were over a dozen ant traps throughout the kitchen and living area, visible tufts of dog hair, and a heavily stained chair. Parking, which was advertised as “on-site for one vehicle,” turned out to be a permit for street parking several blocks away.Despite these red flags, we tried to continue our stay. However, things worsened when we returned from dinner to find active ant infestations. Later that night, we discovered multiple hairs of various types on every bed and odd white stains on furniture and pillows, making us question the overall cleanliness of the unit.We contacted the 24-hour service line and were told clean sheets could be brought—at 1 a.m. This was not acceptable with two small children, so we left for a hotel. The local mgr followed up the next day (but only after I threatened to leave a negative review) and apologized, the offer to move us to a new unit came too late, and we were assured a refund, we ended up getting 150 cleaning fee reimbursed.To be clear, this wasn’t about a single issue. The unit had numerous signs of poor cleanliness and inadequate preparation:•Dog hair and visible stains•Ant traps and live ants on counters•Hairs in every bed•Mysterious white stains on the couch and kitchen chairs•Misleading parking informationThe mgmt company took our money and didn’t care about timely resolution. No more Vacasa for us!

    The accommodations were fine except for the stairs leading up to the apartment. There is an overhang in line with the stairs. This is definitely a safety hazard which ended up with me spending 2 hours in urgent care.

    The notes say parking for 1 car, but it does not clarify that you cannot park anywhere onsite or near the house. Be aware that you will need to download a map of permit parking areas in Rehoboth, drive around to find street parking, and then walk back to the house. This was somewhat frustrating because it was very hot. As mentioned by others, the beds were very uncomfortable, but this was outweighed by the excellent location and proximity to the beach. The neighbors were also very friendly.

    In the listing it says free parking for 1 vehicle. What is doesn't say is that your parking is free for the day half a mile away in non metered parking and in front on the street from 10pm to 10am. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. The beds are horrible, too soft. I am not a fat ass and I sunk into the bed so much I couldn't sleep. Terrible beds. The place was clean inside, but a lot of sand on the porch that you end up tracking inside anyway. The A/C and WiFi worked well with no problems. Had a I known about the parking situation I would have made other arrangements.
