The property itself was nice, and the location was great. At first glance, the condo appeared clean, but as our stay went on, we noticed several issues. We ended up killing multiple cockroaches, and there were bugs crawling across the stovetop. The bathroom sinks were missing drain covers and gave off a terrible odor. The dishwasher smelled foul, and many of the kitchen utensils and plates still had food residue on them. The floors also hadn’t been properly cleaned—within just a few hours, our feet and socks were dirty from the sand and grime. Overall, we were genuinely disappointed with the level of cleanliness. This place could really benefit from a deep cleaning and better pest control.

It was super clean once arrived looked good but needs work. Not trying to be mean but, beds were uncomfortable. There is not much provided I know it may not be required to be added as an accommodation but dishes where old and only like 3. There were small cockroaches so be careful if leaving food on the counters. I’ve stayed in Saida towers many times and I think this room was once of the worst. Not terrible but not good either. There’s no washer/Dryer either. Air was also taking time to get cold at night. We checked and it may requiere another filter it was super dirty. Just leaving an honest review not trying to be rude. Thank you

Anniversary trip. Enjoyed it!

We liked the first floor condo since we were traveling with our small dog. The walk to the beach was shorter than I realized which was a nice surprise. The complex has several pools to choose from. The kitchen does not have a baking sheet so bring one if you are going to need it. I brought mine after reading a few of the reviews. The kitchen has basic supplies of pots and pans, plates/bowls, and utensils. Anything beyond these items you will need to bring or buy while there. The condo interior is dated and worn, However, it was in a perfect location and pet friendly which makes it a great deal.

Clean and safe resort right on the beach! I would recommend staying here as everything is within walking distance. Resort was clean and the owners gave directions on access. We had no issues while staying here. Resort has two pools, tennis courts and beach access. Loved staying here and hope to be back again!

This was an OK stay. There were no extra linens, blankets and only 2 towels per bathroom. No spare shampoo or soap. No pans to bake anything on and very low on supplies in the kitchen. No paper towels or cleaning supplies. No beach towels or beach toys. Loved the 1st floor access and close to pool/beach but you’re only paying for the convenience and location here. Inside lacks a lot. No pillows on the sofas, no rugs or mats, and sofa was hard and sticky. Will not return to this unit. I will pay more to have more items included and have an updated unit next time.

This is not going to be the cleanest or nicest condos you could stay at in SPI. It is an older unit that needs a little updating, maybe some paint, and some general TLC and it could be one of the cleanest and nicest condos in SPI. It very large and roomy. The first floor is great. I missed the ocean view, but really enjoy how easy it was to get around. Multiple pools and hot tubs so you could always find one that suited your mood for that day. Would I stay again? I would. This place is roomy and the first floor makes it so easy to access the groundspool(s). Very friend staff and guests. The positives out weight the negatives. Good location the access the rest of the island as well.

Good for price. Comfortable stay. Dog friendly. Unit good just could use a fresh coat of paint. Complex nice. Three pools one heated. Three hot tubs and right on beach.
