We stayed at this condo for almost 6 weeks. We are an older couple. We were told that the condo was on the first floor. Well it was on the 1st floor of this unit. But we had to walk down 24 steps to get to it. Normally not a problem but I had been having trouble with Sciatica. The stairs were a big issue. We also had to walk up those 24 steps through the parking lot and down 60 steps to the closest pool. There are not firm hand rails at any of the steps. They have a chain suspended between poles which make it difficulted to hold on to when going up or down. Which is why we only went to the pool a couple of times. Very nice pool area but very difficult for us to get to. The good stuff first. Great view from the deck. A bit of road noise but as traffic slowed down it was lovely. From inside the unit they had nice windows that should of looked out at the view but for some reason they had the glass frosted about half way up. No view when sitting down. Now the not so good stuff, at least for us. The furniture looks great in the pictures but way to low to the ground to be comfortable. The dinning room table could seat 6 though at no time were you allowed to have more than 4 people in the unit. No exceptions. But the table was very high and the chairs were very low. Impossible to eat at or really use for anything. There was also no outside table to eat at so it made it almost impossible to have a nice meal there. We borrowed a table from friends so that we had a place to sit and eat. They have no cable in the unit though they did have WiFi. You could access several streaming apps but no local news unless you had an YouTube TV account. Lucky for us we had friends again that had it and let us use theirs while down there. But only the TV in the bedroom had it as a option. The one in the so called TV room did not. So if we wanted to watch live TV we had to be in the bedroom. The guest bedroom had no lamp on the 1 nightstand but we went to a consignment shop and got one for 15.00 since we knew our guest would need it. There were no side tables in either of the sitting rooms so no place to put a drink down except the floor or the coffee table which was not convenient from the couch. The master bedroom was okay, we had side tables but very small ones. There was an over head light you could control from the bed. But the bed was again very low to the floor so was difficult to get in and out of. Master bath was adequate but the electrical outlets only worked on one side which got a bit crowded. The guest bath was very tiny and have a very high bathtub edge you had to step over for the shower. The kitchen was adequate but no blender, pitcher or decent cookware. The fridge leaked at the bottom whenever you used the external water dispenser. There was a laundry room off the master with washer and dryer. They did leave some laundry detergent but only used it once because it was very cheap stuff and got nothing clean. Bought our own detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Those they provided were unusable, kind of shredded in your hand. The cleanliness of the unit was also questionable. I cleaned both the master bath and guest bath because they did not do a very good job. The outside deck and furniture also needed some cleaning. Now I know it can get very windy and dusty in that area so that is probably to be expected. The location of the condo was good but in heavy traffic it could take you a while to get out onto 111 or Palm Canyon. These units on built on the side of the hill just below the old Bob Hope house. There are 2 pools and 4 hot tubs. This unit is just not really close to either pool. The grounds seem to be well cared for. You do have to haul your garbage up to the parking lot by 7:00 Tuesday mornings. We would not of known this if we had not talked to the neighbors. Their info book in the condo said a diff...

The only positive thing I can say about our stay in this condo was the view from the deck. We are all in our 70's so that was the reason for our uncomfortable stay. We were told the place was on the first floor. No pictures of the development were on the listing. Yes it was on the first floor but you had to walk down 24 steps to get there. The development is several two story buildings dotted along the hillside just below the Bob Hope house. You were just up for the 111 hwy which made for a bit of road noise and some trouble getting out on to the road during busy times. You had great views of the airport and planes landing, also close by. Location was great for the golf courses we like to play and we discovered some nice new restaurants. But the stairs were difficult. Along with the stairs was some of the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever sat in. The dinning table was very high and the chairs were very low. My 6'2 husband could not even comfortably sit in them. Useless and it was the only table available to eat at. Nothing outside. Our friends had a folding table and chairs we could us outside which saved us. The couches were very low and leather like material so you could slide off them. No cable TV so you had to stream, which was okay but the TV in the main area had no YouTube TV so you could not get any local shows. And it was installed very high on the wall so I had to stand up to change channels or work it. No end tables, no place to set a drink. The master did have a great closet set up but the bed was very close to the floor and very uncomfortable. You also had no real view from inside because they decided to frost the living room windows half way up so it blocked the view while sitting on the uncomfortable couch. Kitchen was okay, not well furnished. Did not even have a blender which is unheard of. But did we make it work, yes we survived but having a bad back anyway, this made it very hard. We visited friends a lot and spend our days on the golf course. My advise is to not rent this place unless you are young with no issues. Of course you are not allowed to have more than 4 people at any time in the condo and no music or loud noise allowed oh and there is no blender so why would you want to. Oh did I mention you have to walk up the 24 steps and then down 60 to get to the closest pool to the unit. Yep we only went twice. We usually rent private homes and I guess we will go back to doing that.

My sister and I and our husbands loved our stay in Palm Springs. The condo was beautiful, the resort was beautiful and Palm Springs was beautiful. We couldn’t ask for more. Thanks so much.

This property is phenomenal. An exclusive home/environment in Palm Springs. Very private and serene setting. The view is great from the master bedroom. Enjoyed the kitchen and the living areas as well. Simplistically modern, well designed/thought out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I also wanted to comment on the level of service and attention I received from Vacasa. Honestly, after reading some people’s negative reviews of Vacasa I was apprehensive to initially book with them. However, my experience with Vacasa was extremely positive. All Vacasa employees I interacted with were punctual, responsive, and completely helpful - in fact they went above and beyond in my estimation. Britt, the property manager, gained a customer in his approach to accommodating some personal unanticipated circumstances which arose during our stay. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.
