This unit is wonderful! You walk out the sliding glass door to a view of the water. The gate to the beach is right across the street. Doesn’t get better than that.

This ground floor unit was great! A direct walk across the street and you are at the beach. Sometimes it can be tough to find a place that’s dog friendly that’s so close to the beach, but this was it! The complex itself was nice too, nice little neighborhood to walk around in behind you. The location was awesome too, quick walks to a coffee shop in both directions, Alvin’s island, pompano joes, Kenny d’s and so much more. It had nice seating on the patio. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful trip. Condo description was accurate, property very well maintained. Easy to communicate with host. The location is great and loved that we could literally walk across to the beach. Hope to stay again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! This was our first trip to Miramar Beach and we fell in love with it. This condo was perfect for us because we were traveling with our Basset Hound Lily and this condo is on the first floor with direct beach access right across the street. The sunrises are amazing but the sunsets were incredible.This condo was clean and had everything you would need for a week at the beach. It is an added plus that the beach chairs and umbrellas are included with the rental. We loved not having to lug our chairs to and from the beach everyday.The guests/owners that stay at the Maravilla Condos are a wonderful mix of couples young and old and families. Very wonderful vacation, thank you for sharing with us!

Great location; across the street from private beach. Condo was very clean and had everything we could have needed. Could have used a pair of scissors to open packages once we go there. Very easy entry and communication with owner. Note that dog relief area is away from units, but convenient and kept clean.

Have stayed at Maravilla many times and have never had any issues.

The condo was super cute, clean, and very functional! The location was great! Less than 2 minute walk right out of the door to the beach! We also walked to several restaurants! Easy check in/check out process. Great communication from host/owner. Will visit again!

We loved this condo. It had everything that was described. It was very clean!!! We had an issue with the gate code but it was fixed immediately! It is located right beside the pool and directly across the street from the ocean. Parking places aren’t assigned but we were able to park relatively close the the unit. We would definitely stay her again. This is a great condo!!

Where to begin? The place was amazing and we will definitely be back. Great view, easy beach access, comfy beds, beautiful decor, all the kitchen essentials were included, the ice maker works, the washer and dryer came with detergent and everything. The best part was that it was on the first floor and there was always parking available. I highly recommend you stay here but just not when I plan to go again! :-)

The condo is in a wonderful area! It's beautiful and clean. We had plenty of room with 4 adults and 2 teens. The entrance to the beach is right across the street from the back door. It was great for quick assess to and from the beach. Also, great place to people watch! We loved all the dogs, but never heard any barking. We also loved that if we had decided to bring our furry baby, then we could have. There was 2 clean pools, pickle ball, tennis, and a workout room. What should you take? I like to read reviews to know what to take, so here goes: Loose ground coffee (regular filters) or Kcups (it was a coffee maker with both options.) Trash bags, scissors, toilet paper, & paper towels, & detergents. (Soap and detergents were there, but might not be a regular thing) It's a great condo and we had so much fun! There's so much to do even if it rains!

This was my 4th time at Maravilla & it never disappoints! Location is perfect, beach is fabulous & the set up is wonderful. Always a great time!

Hands down the cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in! So many thoughtful little touches throughout. Furniture is updated, clean and comfy, location is perfect as well! Already thinking about when we can come back and stay at this property again!

This condo was exactly as described. It was an amazing location and had everything we needed. Best so far in Miramir Beach.

It’s been “freshened” up outside… building with new paint, improved lighting, laying new sod…. There IS current construction ongoing… not loud or annoying. This year TV uses “streaming” which we’re not familiar with how to use… no instructions in condo…. Inside is clean, nice… king size bedding & pillows are fabulous!! Love its pet friendly!!

This is a really nice unit, with a beach view. Instant walk to the beach. We had one minor issue with a TV and it was fixed by the landlord within a few hours. They even gave us a local restaurant gift certificate for the hassle. Will stay again.

Wonderful condo in a great location. I didn’t give it 5 stars because we were not told before arriving or it was not listed in the description about the construction. The entire outside of the building was under construction.

We loved the condo!! Some reviews said that it was outdated. That is not true!! We slept well, even the sofa bed. Loved the beach service! Grant is fantastic! (Only negative is on VRBO. Could not get messages in inbox to get messages for check in codes, etc.) Fortunately, i found owners number and was able to text her. She was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back to this condo!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment. The location is unbeatable, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, and it was spotlessly clean upon arrival.The only small suggestions we have are to consider updating the mattress in the master bedroom for added comfort and fixing the living room TV, as the screen has a blue tint. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

We rented at Maravilla but construction was going on near room and our agent offered us another area in Beach Retreat. We appreciated the change. Our entire stay was excellent from beginning to end.
