Dog-friendly getaway with amazing mountain views & fast WiFi - walk to slopes

Downstairs bedroom had huge crusty stains on the comforter. They honestly looked like blood stains. Contacted VRBO for a replacement and sent them pictures of the large stains. They advised us they would be in contact with us the next day. We had to drive 30 minutes at 9pm to find a comforter as there were no spares in the home. Paid 50 for a comforter and never heard from VRBO the rest of our stay. Contacted them a few days after arriving home and said they would be in contact with us in a few days- 10 days later and still no contact from them.

we enjoyed our stay however there was a mold like smell in the home and it looked like black mold or mildew on the fireplace stone as well as mold in the bathtub and the upstairs bathtub drain was slow to drain and filled up while showering and there were stains on the carpet in the downstairs bedroom. overall we had a good day the Home just need some thorough out of cleaning.

Do not rent this house!!This house needs to be totally renovated!!!From the plumbing to the broken floor tiles!!!The website doesn’t say the dishwasher doesn’t work or the fireplace doesn’t work!! They waited until we checked in to find out this information!!!

This was a place good enough to sleep for a few nights. Not the cleanest place. Moldy showers and stale air but comfy beds.

The cleanliness of house was great.

This unit DESPERATELY needs an update, cracked and broken floor tiles, mold around tub, dishwasher full of DISGUSTING sewage/mold!

Stayed for the last week of skiing (Sugar Mountain).Overall it was a great experience!The house did have a smoke smell but we let it air out and didnt bother us much the rest of the stay. Beautiful area. Close to gas and groceries. Will definitely be back!

Close to slopes was a plus. Older property so a smell of 70’s cigarette smoke lingered. Clean but when we arrived, the cleaners had left dirty towels in bathroom sink. Kitchen was very well stocked. Considering those few hiccups, I would recommend.

This place was very nice and super clean. Very close to the lifts. All beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to this particular rental every year! Thank you for having us!

So, the home and upstairs bed is comfortable and in a great location. First off, the condo Reeked of cigarette smoke. light in microwave is always on and door taped shut, doesn't work. Counters were dirty, table and coffee table were dirty also. Question about coffee filters was answered 4 days late. We had to go back out to get filters. Greasy pan left in stove. The can opener is broken and doesn't work. There is only 1 hand towel for the kitchen and no potholders. Description boasts a well-equipped kitchen. There is only 2 fry pans, 1 tiny pot and 2 stock pots for cooking. Downstairs exhaust fan in bathroom does not work. I'm pretty disappointed with VRBO mainly because all resposes seemed to be AI generated and were always at least 4 days later. I even tried contacting what i thought might be the owners with no response at all! I think it might be a corporate owned property. Even after trying to reach someone about these issues all I got was we hope you enjoyed your stay. This home wasn't cheap and our experience was less than satisfactory.

Overall, a good value for an off season rental. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke I would book another rental.
