Dog-friendly getaway on Rainey Street with rooftop pool and gym

Very good experience!!!!

The building had everything you would need. Close walk to downtown. The rooftop pool, 10th floor garden and lobby lounge were added bonuses.

This was the perfect location, just an easy walk to all of the great things going on in downtown Austin. It was so comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay anytime I come to Austin.

We arrived late Friday night, opened the door, turned on the light and were met with scurrying roaches. We killed about 8 and informed the property manager, Vacasa, who said it would be addressed the next day. There were several texts with them that gave me confidence it would actually be addressed. However, on Saturday, to our knowledge, nothing happened and when we returned that evening, we turned on the lights, and it was worse. We killed over 15 (we lost count) of varying sizes in the kitchen and bathroom. My wife and daughter were horrified. It was late and we didn't have many choices so we killed them all and stayed our last night. I woke up in the middle of the night twice and found roaches in the bathroom. On Sunday morning as we were leaving, we went to put the soap in the dishwasher and we opened it up and there was a roach in it. The place was infested and unacceptable. So, great location with easy access to the trail, beautifully decorated and nice public spaces but I would not recommend this place until the roach problem is addressed.

The place is beautiful. Very clean. Close to downtown and major stores. Perfect little getaway spot with a beautiful view.

The home was nice and comfortable although it was missing some basic amenities (bathroom garbage can, drawer storage for clothes, laundry detergent, etc) and it was unfortunate that you couldn’t request housekeeping during your stay. The vacasa team on-site was helpful when the oven and internet didn’t work and were friendly and aimed to help. As a recent construction the building is still working out the kinds and would overall be best suited to a party weekend with friends rather than a longer term rental where you have to go to work or do more day-to-day living.

Very nice unit. Luxurious, clean, smells amazing, very nice furnishing and decor. Amazing roof top deck with pool, great lobby with very high end leather sofa's, fitness room, etc. Walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The apt was nice with everything you needed, coffee bar was a great stop in the morning, and the pool was relaxing in the afternoons! Right around the corner for a cute market and walkable to the Rainey Street restaurants.

Everything! The rooftop pool was great, the attendants, room and layout in general were super. Definitely will return.

The location is really convenient, 13 minutes from the airport and in the heart of Austin, close to a lot of restaurants that you can reach walking, the condo have really nice amenities and the staff is really friendly, definitely recommend it.
