Dog-Friendly Family Home Close to Winter Park Resort w/Private Hot Tub and WiFi

Check-in was awful, lock box worked- no key inside, dog too hot in car because of it, code and lock jammed - didn't work even after dispatching someone from terrorist network and Winter Park. Decided to leave.....

This unit was perfect for our group of 5 (Mom and Dad plus 3 adult kids). We brought our 4 month old boxer and it was very dog friendly! The hot tub was warmed up and perfect after a day of skiing. Sleeping arrangements were great, beds were comfortable. The location was also perfect - about a 10 minute drive to the lifts at Winter Park. Super easy to get to several great places to eat. Highly recommend this spot in Fraser especially for anyone bringing their dog along!

Nice place. Good location.

The property is located in Fraser just a few minutes from our concert venue in Winter Park. It was so peaceful here vs Winter Park. There are stairs at the property for one bedroom and a bathroom. The place is well equipped. It is pet friendly, which was great, but be aware the yard area is not fully fenced.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. The place is spacious and equipped with all that you need for a getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing. The bedding and towels were very cleaned. We appreciated being able to have our dog stayed with us. The neighborhood was peaceful and we enjoyed walking our dog around it. We recommend this condo and look forward to a future stay!

Hot tub. Heated floors. Good WiFi. Full kitchen. Close to ski slopes. Unit parking. Slightly dated furnishings but it has everything you need for a ski trip! Thankful for Vacasa relocating us to this unit after our original condo cancelled on us last minute.

This property is a little “rough around the edges,” and could use some updates. Specifically the bedding and furniture seemed old and dingy. The pots and pans in the kitchen were super banged up. The private hot tub was awesome, and there was space for my family of 5. This property was good, not great.

Location was nice, but overall the property was not clean and did not have a working dishwasher. Additionally, two of the four of our party received hottub folliculitis from the property’s hottub. This is due to a cleanliness issue from the hottub that I’d recommend looking into for future guests.

Good communication and bery clean

Great place overall. Nice hot tub. Toys & Wii for the kids. No coffee provided. Dishwasher was broken & door lock code is 9 digits so very cumbersome and hard to lock. Never did figure out heated floors so couldn’t enjoy that. But overall worked well for our family.

Nice place, in a convenient location, enough space for my family. A bit more instructions on how to use the heated floors would have been helpful, they worked but it got awfully cold in the mornings.
