Dog-friendly condo with resort amenities, fireplace, full kitchen, AC, & W/D

Austin S.Apr 2026 All these other reviews are fake. We'll be seeing these people in court soon, unless they contact me with a full refund. I'm not an unreasonable person at all, just want what's fair. I couldn't even upload all the nasty pictures of the bedding that I have. All the bedding/pillows were covered in dog hair (as well as the spare bedding in the closet) & the back door wouldn't lock. I had to rent a hotel in a different city for the weekend. Nobody responded to fix the issues. I asked for a full refund and even attached all the photos and receipt of my other hotel stay. I got one email telling me a local team made a decision that an insulting $55 was a proper enough refund. $55 for me to not even be able to stay there at all. How is this even right? This truly deserves a full refund. I spent a bunch of time on the phone with 2 different people telling me there was nothing else they could do. They couldn't even give me any other contact info...they didn't have the local teams phone or email. Both TV remotes also had dead batteries. If you need anything, especially for a company to act with integrity...RUN I can't even begin to understand how $55 was considered ok. I couldn't/didn't even get to stay in the place I paid for. Come on.

Great location, close to everything.

The room is new and well-maintained. The in-house laundry works well, which is a plus for us because we were traveling with young child.

Conveniently located

The unit has great light and is generally well appointed.It is conveniently located within walking distance of the lodge. It worked really well for us. It was clear that a tenant with a pet had preceded us as there was pet hair under the couch and bed. However, that did not detract from our stay, just something the cleaners should be aware of. We were told by tenants of Trail Head I that tenants from Trail Head II could not use the pool. It may have been stated in the literature but I missed it. It was a nice holiday for us.

Perfect spot for what we needed. Beautiful area and plenty to do. Full size kitchen was great. Appreciated the pots & pans. I would have liked living room window privacy, even being on the 3rd floor due to next door neighbors (at least 2/3 coverage). No complaints just a suggestion.

The condo itself is nice and updated, and the location is convenient. I would have given four stars but the cleanliness and basic home-needs were less than stellar. The condo wasn’t very clean when we arrived, the mattress of the pull-out couch had stains, the door to the deck didn’t open/close properly and wouldn’t lock. Others had mentioned there wasn’t much in the kitchen for cooking and I agree. I would say to pack like you are going camping. I would also suggest brining your own towels for the kitchen and the bathroom. Also, the oven takes forever to heat up and never actually finishes preheating, so it took a long time to make food. Overall, the condo was good; I was just disappointed in the “offerings” and the cleanliness.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was very clean, but not very personable.

Unit was exactly as described in listing. We stayed there will two kids (9 & 7) that shared the sofa bed. Worked great for a weekend stay.

Could not figure out how or why closets lights were repeatedly turning themselves on. Very annoying. We’re not given notice or mention of closet lights.

Clean, well stocked and comfortable.
