Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great time this is in a quite part of the beach and close enough to drive in to the city. The night of lights was amazing!!
Overall this condo was nice. It was in great location close to shops and the beach and not too far from the touristy part of St. Augustine. We selected this property for its location and because it had a bathtub so we could give our toddler a bath after days at the beach. The batch tub drain plug was found broken when we arrived. We reported it and got a response but no fix during our stay. Still in communication trying to get that sorted out with property management group.

The property is comfortable and clean, which is especially important to note since this is a pet-friendly apartment. The location is 7 minutes from a private beach with limited access for residents only. The white sand beach is perfect - clean, beautiful and not crowded. All household appliances in the apartment are in working condition, and the furniture is comfortable and looks reliable. The location is a 12 min drive from the historical center of St. Augustine, close to grocery stores and numerous cafes. The registration process is quick and easy. Overall, this is a good place for a family vacation.
The complex was wonderful and pristine in its upkeep. The pet friendly atmosphere was a real plus .The unit itself that we rented needed to be updated in terms of flooring, living room furniture and master bedroom mattress. A new coat of paint and new balcony furniture would also be a suggestion. We loved our stay and enjoyed the cute decor of our unit. We had a delightful stay.
Clean updated appliances. The location to downtown St Augustine was perfect. Beach access via boardwalk was so convenient Beautiful sand beach.

Very clean. Well equipped. Elevator. Quiet.
Very spacious property. We are a family of six, and even though this unit isn’t right on the beach, it was much nicer than staying in a cramped beachfront hotel. I liked how we had grocery stores, mini golf, and restaurants all in under 10 minutes, but we seemed to be far enough away from downtown that the beach was never really crowded. Property management was extremely responsive and immediately resolved the one small maintenance issue we had. If I had the money, this is the kind of place I’d want to buy to have as a vacation home.
One key card and you need it for everything. Asked for another because complex said you should have two but finally got an answer after leaving that people have taken some home and they would have to pay for another so now they only give one and if missing make renters pay to replace. Why can they not have that policy and use it for two keycards? Gym was extremely disappointing and the only treadmill was so small, made for a child. Front door bottom open and had to block with towel to try to stop bugs but ants and other bugs still came in.
Sitting on the outside patio, comfortable beds, well equipped, walking to beach. Could use a bit of updating.
