Dog-friendly condo by the beach & close to downtown with river views

Clean rooms and trash area. The kitchen was well stocked. We have some dietary restrictions and were able to cook ourselves quite easily!

The cleanliness. Was good except the floor. The rest of the home was good for what we needed for our stay in seaside. Aside from the power outage during the tsunami advisory. That’s not their fault though. We would recommend this place

Everything was clean and organized. A very nice piece of property very close to the ocean. Would very highly recommend staying there to anyone

This is not owner managed. VACASA manages and they suck. They don’t know the property. The customer service contacts are somewhere far away and have to read a database that clearly has bad and information in it conflicting with listing or missing information. Dealing with Vacasa is aweful and I will NOT deal with any property managed by them anymore. They are too far from the property. Have to send messages to “local” staff to handle anything and response time for “local” staff is like 6 hours. They didn’t provide the most basic information on where and how to use the laundry room or the trash dumpster. They told me I didn’t have laundry but it was in the listing and we later found a handwritten note with both laundry and trash door codes. SMH. The couch needs to be cleaned. Food crumbs all in between cushions. Couch is worn down. Floors need to be properly vacuumed to remove sand all the way around the rooms.

The property is nice, the condo is spacious and decorated cute. The cleanliness was the issue for me. I have 3 kids, 1 is a toddler who was running around touching everything! As I started to unpack i could see the dust and grime, started opening up cabinets, dirty with food, sand, dust, didnt look like the shelves had been wiped in months. There was spilled coffee spots on the inside of the cabinets. Dust on the surfaces in living room, my toddler moved the little table in the living room, tons of visible diet and garbage on the little carpet. The towels had food and makeup on them. Food was smeared on the front of the oven. That night after we went to the beach, my toddler took a bath, afterwards was running around the hard floor. His feet were another shade of nasty! The floors hadnt been mopped in idk how long. I could keep going on. Vacasa was notified from the start. I had enough and had requested a compensation. After 2 days of waiting and being persistent they finally approved to waive the cleaning fee.

easy location, clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Difficulty with poor lock system required 20 mins w customer service both to access property and checkout to leave keys.

The location was great. We had everything we needed. I would have given 5 stars, but couldn’t due to the checkout time. It was 10am with no flexibility. It is a small space so couldn’t possibly take that long to clean. It was inconvenient that checkout was so early. We were in town for a basketball tournament. We had an early Sunday game and had to pack up and check out prior to our game.

Clean and comfortable. Nice view of river. Couldn’t figure out how to get the fireplace to work.

We enjoyed the. Location and the space in the unit It is very close to all the restaurants and children’s play areas Beaches are also close by

The condo is super close to all the fun things you want to do in Seaside. It had everything we needed, but the furniture and carpet were pretty heavily stained. Loved having the full kitchen so we could make our own meals after playing on the beach.

I would stay here again, I assume it was an oversight that the sheets were dirty. It was affordable, comfortable, clean (other than the sheets) and close to everything.

Near town, pretty clean, all amenities, parking, really nice!

CONS: Ants in the kitchen Only one dish towel No Kleenex Door lock requires 3 hands: 1 to hold your phone because the code is 10 digits that you can’t remember 1 to punch in the code then turn the lock 1 to turn the doorknob at the same time 10:00 am checkout at least an hour earlier than most PROS: Clean and spacious Close to Beach Close to activities appreciated all the texts from Vacasa

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere. Easy parking. It was clean, especially for a pet rental. The carpet looks stained but felt clean. Beware of the carpet strip going into the living room if you are a diabetic or have neuropathy. The carpet is worn and the nails poke through.

The property was very nice and great location. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted to see in Seaside. The Condo was clean with just a couple of stains in the carpet that did not look great. I was more than we needed since we did not cook any meals in the condo. We loved it and would rent it again. Great place to stay. We didn’t move the car the whole time because everything was walkable.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and beautifully decorated. Only downside is the pet fees. I can't say it’s dog friendly when the fees are more than we spent on the room.
