Dog Friendly! Community Pool, Walk to Harbour Town Shops & Restaurants

Nice layout, well furnished, clean and ready to go when we got there. Staff was very accommodating and responses were quick and actions immediate for any issues or questions. Enjoyed the stay and would return in the future.

We had a great time staying at Sweet Retreat! A quick drive or walk to Harbor Town right around the corner. Grounds were beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Sweet Retreat was fantastic! The location in the middle of Sea Pines was perfect, and the property was very spacious with all the amenities we needed.

The host provided comfortable and necessary accommodations and the stay was just what we needed, rest and relaxation.

The place was dingy, smelled of mold and mildew, had bugs, and just overall disappointing.

The property smelled. There were bugs in the morning in the shower. The blinds were broken. It did not live up to the advertisement on VRBO. We left a day early.

Very clean, well stocked, great location, pet friendly with lots of room and great places to walk to for both kids and pets.

Great location and lovely outdoor views of golf course. Community pool was wonderful with both shade and sun. We had trouble with clothes dryer but someone came same day to evaluate. Master suite was very comfortable with nice shower. Ample kitchen supplies.There is a musty smell but did not diminish the enjoyment of our stay

We loved the condo and the area. The condo fit our family perfect. We will definitely visit here again.

The unit is everything that is promised. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again. The only negative was that it was too humid to enjoy the lovely patio! When we couldn't figure out how to use the door code, someone helped us. When the wifi went out due to a storm, someone helped us. When we needed to rent a bike, someone helped us. Terrific hosts!

The home was close to all of the places in Sea Pines that we love to visit. We would definitely stay again!

Sweet retreat…make it better. This condo is in a great location! We loved the community pool as well! but…The condo was not clean. The walls and baseboards are dirty; the downstairs toilet has a black ring in it. The upstairs shower doors are covered in soap scum. The outdoor furniture was (I cleaned it.) coated with tree and yard debris. Some of the kitchen dishes looked dirty. The drip coffee pot had green slime in the bottom which I had to scrub out!P.S. We had to wait until almost five o’clock to gain access to the unit supposedly because the cleaning crew was busy making everything right. hmmm

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The location was perfect and it was clean. Our only complaint was the plugs not working properly in the living room. This did not ruin our stay and we plan to book this one again in the future.

Spent a pleasant week with my dog at a townhome in Sea Pines, just to get away for a bit. The unit was affordable, clean, and stocked with everything I needed. The living room TV outlet wasn't working, but I let them know and they sent someone over the next day with an extension cord to temporarily fix the issue. No complaints.

We stayed here for the Heritage Golf Tournament with our dog. The unit was located on the first hole near the green which was very convenient. The unit was perfect for both adults and pets.

We were so excited to find a great pet friendly place in Sea Pines! It was easy to walk or drive to all our favorite places on the island. We hope to come back soon and stay at Sweet Retreat again!

We had so much fun staying at Sweet Retreat! It was in the perfect spot for a walk to Harbor Town or a quick bike ride to the beach club! It was quiet, clean and my family loved watching the golfers from the back porch! We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a lovely 5 night stay with our dog. We were on our way from our house in Naples to our house in Virginia. It was the perfect break. We enjoyed walking to Harbour Town and all over.

Our unit was clean upon arrival. It is a spacious condo with very comfortable beds. It is well equipped. ITrip staff were very responsive, polite and efficient when needed. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Sweet Retreat. Everything exactly as advertised. Many trips to Hilton Head but never stayed on a golf course...very quiet and relaxing. We were able to eat in as the kitchen provided everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Great location. Nothing to complain about. We would stay here again.

Loved the view of the course and golf club. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the master suite bathroom was huge, so you can spread all of your toiletries out unlike hotel bathrooms). I'm not a golfer, but this property would be ideal for golfers and families or for coming for the tournament. Also great spot for women traveling alone. We felt very safe and comfortable. The community is also very quiet. Did not hear one loud party as you often get in vacation rentals. It was a great stay!

Sweet Retreat is a hidden gem tucked away is Sea Pines! Easily walkable or bike-able to Harbourtown or anywhere else in Sea Pines. The villa had everything we needed, comfortable beds, coffeemakers (2!), good WiFi and we could bring our pup! Also, the host was super responsive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location and very nice layout. The two story townhome has two good sized bedrooms upstairs each with an attached bathroom with large showers. The master suite had a shower handle that was great. The king size bed was comfortable. The tv in the bedroom and downstairs worked well. The kitchen was good sized. The washer worked well, the dryer was very slow to dry clothes. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. The chairs had wooden arm and the couch also had very hard but upholstered arms. The material was rough and the cushions were not very plush. We ended up putting the beach towels on the furniture to make it bearable. The dining room chars were plastic seats with very wide set legs that I kept tripping over. They also were not comfortable. With the exception of living and dining room furniture the place was great.

We’ve been renting villas in Sea Pines nearly every year since 1973. You can’t beat it, and this villa was no exception. Clean, comfortable and the perfect location !

The property was overall very nice, clean and we loved the location. It fit all our family needs for the week. One downside was it did seem like there was some issues with the electrical outlets. Not all seem to work for us, but we were able to work around it for the week.
