This updated condo features a new rocker recliner, a cozy couch, and a large flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment.

For larger groups, we have additional properties nearby, ensuring everyone can stay close together.

The fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with ample dishes and utensils, perfect for preparing a big family meal.

You'll find a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub/shower and dual sinks.

You can access the deck from both the bedroom and the living room.

The guest bedroom includes a new queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV with cable.

Situated in the gated community of Pointe Royale, this condo is just 3 miles from the Strip and 1.5 miles from Moonshine Beach at Table Rock Lake. The playground and dog park are conveniently located next to Lake Taneycomo, approximately a third of a mile from the condo.

This unit is located in the building just before the Clubhouse, making it easy to walk to the swimming pools and other amenities.

The Pointe Royale Clubhouse is the next building over and it features a banquet room, bar/grill, golf course, golf pro shop, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, fishing/boat ramp, playground, and two dog parks. The clubhouse is elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable setting for meetings, banquets, and reunions. If you need more space for larger groups, I have a condo next door for your convenience.

Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival. Pets must be fully potty-trained and are not allowed on the furniture or on our blankets, sheets, towels or on any of our linens. Pets must be crated at all times when no guests are present. Being able to bring your pet(s) with you to the property is an extra privilege, but is an extra responsibility as well. Any messes made must be thoroughly cleaned up by the guests. If extra cleaning is required to clean up messes left by pets, you agree to be charged extra money to cover the costs.

To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.

As a standard disclaimer for all our properties, we would like to inform you that our condo is located in a community and state where the use of cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana is permitted. Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.

Pointe Royale (POA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed at Pointe Royale. Boat parking is at Branson Boat Storage and is located on the other side of Hwy 165 straight across from Pointe Royale Resort. They do charge for boat and other recreational vehicles.

    Very welcoming place to stay with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Feel right at home, as we needed nothing. Extremely well maintained property inside a golf community. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

    The amities were great. Host was very helpful. We arrived and one of the toilets was missing a seat so we called the host to report it. It was fixed the next day by 9am. We would definitely stay here again!

    We enjoyed our stay at the property. We had some issues getting the TV set to broadcast the regular channels on the network. I did finally get it resolved after tracing the HDMI cables which had been hooked up wrong(probably from the previous guests & to no fault of the property owner). The only reason that we gave the property a 4 star rating is we saw some ants & a couple of small bugs inside the condo. Probably need to get an exterminator in. Other than that everything was fine.

    Overall, the place was clean and well arranged, and we had a great time. This is a dog friendly place, and one can take them for a walk almost anywhere. I was disappointed with the location and condition of the dog park, as it was a bit far by foot and there was no car parking available, probably on one of those check boxes to fill. We are not golfers, but I can imagine anyone would enjoy it more. If we ever visit Branson, we may consider doing the same another time.

    The condo was easy to locate. The property manager was Fantastic in communicating with me. Very clean, well supplied with everything we needed. Now for the Negatives. The fan in the Master bedroom needs to be replaced. Sounds like a plane taking off. 2. The thermostat would go heck to its default setting of 60 every 4 hours. This was a big issue. We would leave for a show or etc and return to a cold condo. I had to reset to 74 twice each night. Not Good!! I did not attempt to reset the thermostat for fear of losing it all together. That about it.
