Disney's Neighbors~10 minute drive

Kimberly was super easy to work with. The property is well located with many amenities sadly many of which we were unable to utilize given our work schedules.Would certainly recommend!

Stayed there with my family of five and my sister, brother-in-law and nephew. The kids were ages 6 through 15) It accommodated us well. Unit was a close enough walk to the pool and across the street from the other resort amenities, like gym and restaurant. The little kids loved the pool/pirate slide more than the trip to Universal or Disney....I should have known! Host is very responsive and people at the front desk were very nice. I just wish they had a longer time frame that they served coffee in the lobby (8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) I missed it every day I was there except for check-out day!

The property had all we needed for a great stay. Comfortable and clean accommodations and close to all of the recreational and entertainment needs we had.

We enjoyed our stay. The complimentary shuttle to Universal was so convenient. We would stay again! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Kimberly was super responsive and a friendly communicator. We had all the space we needed and everything felt clean and cared for. Could possible use some fresh updates but it was still the perfect fit for our needs. My only complaint would be that the toilet was the loudest flushing toilet I’ve ever heard and it would get stuck running frequently. Would stay here again though!

The property was beautiful and had plenty of things to do. Kimberly is a fantastic host and super friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this property.

two naval academy classmates and wives enjoying an orlando refreshing reunion after not seeing each other for years. condo was perfect for this. roomy, quiet, good location for activites and comfortable to enjoy catching up. kimberly was on top of everything during reservation process. guest desk very helpful with inquiries. good condo location relevant to great restaurants and dinner theaters in kissemmee and orlando. kimberly has her vrbo priced reasonably also! go there.

Clean and convenient to parks.

Not only was this place close to everything, it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were well made, and the furniture was all ready to be relaxed on. On. We were very pleased with the location and the property.

Convenient location while somewhat out of the hubbub. Even some spots within walking distance. Really all we needed in a positive atmosphere. Would definitely book again.
