Very clean and comfortable condo with an amazing view.It was stocked with everything you need for your beach stay. Beach toys and towels were provided.Multiple balconies with sliding glass doors for relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked.Very easy check in and out and instructions were provided. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and comfortable unit. The bedrooms are large with firm, but comfortable, king beds in two of the bedrooms and a double/single bunk and a separate single in the third bedroom. The bedroom curtains kept the rooms dark for sleeping.The bedroom balconies face the street, although you can see the ocean if you angle your chair. This was not a concern as the main balcony has ocean views.The family/dining room was large, with ocean views. The couches are very large sectionals which allowed My family of four (two 7 yr old twins) to comfortably stretch out with plenty of room to watch movies. The kitchen is small, but efficient, and the sperate were bar was appreciated.The balcony off the family room looks out across a portion of an unused parking lot toward the ocean and the neighboring property's pool. My family rated the actual condo unit as a solid 9/10 for comfort, convenience, and livability.The pool area is below grade and separated from ocean views by the sun deck overlooking the ocean. While not having a view of the ocean from the pool is a negative, it is also a positive as the ocean wind is blocked from reaching the pool area. The pool heater was inoperable during our stay, but the hot tub was lovely. Both the pool and hot tub were very clean. This is a very large and comfortable unit in an older building. I would rent it again.

We have been staying at Seascape Towers for over 20 years. We love the no drive uncrowded beach. This condo is perfect for a large group. No issues with parking, we had a remote for the underground lot and an extra parking pass to park additional car outside. Communication was great from the Owner/Mgt Group. The keypad on the door to the condo had a battery issue during our stay. We made one call and Mark was there within an hour to fix the issue. Nice to have someone close by when the inevitable issue comes up. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay here again!

It’s very nice and large for a big family. We only had 5. Everything is clean. The only thing is the note on the table about the neighbors down stairs and making noise, we had no little kids but we still did not want to make noise or do anything to be disrespectful. The view is beautiful and parking was nice inside. Getting out and opening the gate was a pain. Remotes would of been nice. I would book it again if we had a bunch of people.

Great condo but the temperature could not be set below 72.

We had a good time & enjoyed the property but it could have been better. There were 8 of us & one of the showers had no pressure, not enough to wash your hair & rinse it. Manager actually came out when we were at dinner & he said it was fine. He said owner wasn't going to approve doing anything about it. So 8 of us had to get by with one shower. I would not use that property manager again.
