Stayed Jun 24, 2026Fantastic place .Great location right in Downtown and all walkable .Hot tub in complex very average but that’s the only thing that’s average .Highly recommend !

Except a hot tub was a key amenity for our rental selection … and we were familiar with and very much looking forward to the hot tub at Fasching Haus which we’d enjoyed in past visit. Only to come to find out upon arrival tha the hot tub was under construction. Very disappointed.

Stayed Mar 7, 2026Fantastic stay at Fasching House! Location could not have been better, close to restaurants, market and Silver Queen Gondola. My family very much enjoyed the format of the living room where we spent much time in conversation and laughter. Shari was very helpful on all aspects of the experience. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025Great location short walk to gondola at Ajax. Super clean, cozy & convenient to slopes, buses to other ski areas & town. Very well equipped & supplied. Pool & hot tub clean, picturesque & sanitary. Would rent again in future without hesitation. 4 stars only because entry code given was wrong but easily resolved by calling emergency after hours number after calling primary phone number that went to voice mail.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024We had a wonderful stay at the Fasching House! The accommodations were clean, the keyless entry was very convenient for check-in and coming and going. Our family enjoyed the outdoor hot-tub several times. The living room has a nice view of Ajax mountain and has a cozy vibe with its open concept living room. Highly recommend to others looking to stay in downtown Aspen!

Stayed Feb 1, 2024My son turned 30 this month and decided to come to Aspen to celebrate. There were 5 of us at the property and were extremely comfortable. It was nice to be able to have a wood fire in the fireplace in the evening and the condo was extremely close to everything. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner/bar/grocery store which meant just parking the car once right outside the condo to unload and then load and go when our trip was done.
