Stayed Dec 31, 1969This the second consecutive year we have stayed at Sea Colony...in a beautifully decorated condo overlooking the ocean. As before, the unit was sparkling clean and well-maintained. It comes complete with flat screen TV's, DVD and Blue-Ray, a wet bar and spacious rooms. The kitchen is modern, large and more than enough if one decides to cook in one night. Owners provide all the information one needs...condo support, media support, etc. They take good care of their guests. Ate at Dos Locos in Rehoboth twice...it's that good. Lamb fajitas one night and filet cooked at your table on a 700 degree lava stone. on our second visit. Weather was great and I would most certainly recommend to a friend..(just not on the week we like to go :) Look forward to going back next year. DeLane and Russ Ryan

Stayed Aug 26, 2017The apartment was just what we were looking for. It had a bird’s eye view of the beach and ocean from the living room or terrace. The beach or pool was just an elevator ride away. The apartment was roomy with a well-appointed kitchen and had comfortable, if somewhat dated, living room furniture. The single serving Keurig coffee maker was especially appreciated. The bathrooms had plenty of storage space as did the walk-in closet in the Master. Three flat screen TVs with somewhat more than basic cable and access to Netflix for the evenings and rainy days were great to have. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the apartment. It was an easy walk into Bethany Beach to take advantage of the many good restaurants there. All the mattresses could be more comfortable, however. We would definitely consider renting again next time we went to Bethany beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This vacation was definitely relaxing. The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. I have already recommended to a friend of mine. We will definitely come back. The view was just beautiful! Our kids loved the pools and bike rides to the boardwalk. I loved all the shops and places to eat. The movie on the beach was a big hit for our kids. The owners were very prompt, helpful and kind. A great stay.
