Clean, private, and peaceful! We have always maintained a VERY high level of cleanliness. The location cannot be better with two off-street parking spaces and a short walk to the Plaza.

A quiet, safe and historic neighborhood, just one block from the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum and four short blocks from the Santa Fe Plaza; the luxurious Sunflower Casita Southwest provides a retreat while also allowing you to explore downtown Santa Fe spontaneously. Just leave your car(s) in the two reserved parking spots, meander through the historic neighborhood to any number of attractions just around the corner; Terracotta Wine Bistro, The Shed, a multitude of eateries, shops, museums and galleries in and around the plaza itself. With the multi-faceted Santa Fe Railyard District to the west, you’ll be amazed at the options you’ll have just within walking distance in every direction!
Then, after a long day of play in Santa Fe, the character and style of this charming space will call you back to settle and get cozy. You’ll look forward to relaxing in front of the kiva fireplace watching a movie, or chatting about your day over drinks and snacks in the well-stocked kitchen, or sipping a glass of your favorite wine under the stars on the spacious, furnished, private walled patio. All this in contemporary Southwest style will make you feel right at home.

Check-in was very easy. The kitchen was well-equipped with very upscale appliances. Maybe a few instructions about the appliances would have been a help. The Patio was wonderful. We spent most of our time there.Downtown was so close and definitely in easy walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay there again

This place is just perfect for a couple. It’s easy walking distance to the town center and has its own parking space. The patio is wonderful and we could really use it given the temperatures and the patio umbrellas. The roads around this condo are under construction making access difficult.

Arrived at the unit with excellent directions for getting inside and getting set up. The unit is in impeccable condition, with gourmet kitchen appliances, and tasteful appointments throughout. Most vrbo's have one or two warts that don't ever seem to make it into the pictures. Not this property. This is a top to bottom fantastic unit! Will definitely come again and will recommend this specific unit to anyone who's party size would be accommodated.

we had an amazing time during Thanksgiving week as a getaway with my partner and 2 pups. We were able to re-heat our entire thanksgiving meal in the sizeable kitchen and loved having a fire in the fireplace at night. Highly recommend!

This was a return visit for us. The home was lovely with a wonderful amount of space and amenities. It is so easy to walk to the plaza and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The king bed is incredibly comfortable and the full kitchen is well stocked to cook meals at home. The patio is large ~ in nice weather it is so nice to eat outside and sit and read. I just cannot say enough good things about this property! We intend to return again next year!

The casita was beautiful, cozy and it seemed like the owner thought of every detail. Loved the fireplace, especially with the snow falling outside. It was located close to the town, making this a great walking vacation. Everything was wonderful and I recommend this place highly!

Tucked into an unassuming neighborhood just steps from the Georgia O’Keefe Museum and the shops on Marcy Street, this property offered quiet seclusion from the moment I opened the courtyard gate. The patio was inviting and soothing with the soft sounds of a burbling fountain. Stepping into the home was like being welcomed into a warm retreat, with cozy decor and ample room to relax. The kitchen offered plenty of amenities to eat in or reheat takeout leftovers. The bedroom and bathroom were likewise comfortable and inviting, with plush linens, bath robes, and soft lighting. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I spent a week at Sunflower Southwest Casita and it was wonderful. The casita was spotless and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is quiet at night but only a few blocks from the plaza so we could easily walk to all of the sights. And the best part is the lovely private outdoor patio. A couple of evenings when the weather was beautiful, we opted for heavy hors d'ouevres on the patio instead of going out to dinner. Lastly, we had a minor issue with one of the appliances and the property manager responded immediately to take care of it. We had such a wonderful week, we are already planning a return trip and we will make sure we return to Sunflower Southwest.

One can see why this casita has so many repeat visitors (see the reviews): it is decently located and luxuriously equipped, and the secluded patio is a real bonus. Of course, it has a price to match, especially during the Santa Fe opera season. As others have noted, the early check-out (10:00 a.m.) is a bit of a nuisance. But we had an excellent stay and would happily return.

For the first time we chose not to stay in one of the many very good hotels in the city but rather a home. What a smart decision. Sunflower Southwest was charming, decorated impeccably and above all, more roomy and comfortable than just a room. Looking forward to next year's opera season!
