Host was very welcoming, and attentive.

Davis and Tiz was a great host! Location, Location, Location! Restaurants were walking distance and beach across the street. Definitely will be back! The condo was clean and perfect for our stay!

We had a great experience staying at Dave and Tiz's condo. Super clean, beautifully decorated! Beach right across street. Nice to also have the pool steps from door of condo. Great restaurants within walking distance or short drive away. We had a small problem with TV and Dave had someone out within 20 minutes to fix it for us. Perfect stay and for sure will stay here again. Patti and Bob

Clean property and unit and the host communicated and checked in to ensure our stay was as expected. The beach access is directly across the street and there are several restaurants just a couple blocks away. Overall a fantastic stay and will definitely book again!

A perfect weekend getaway! Amazing location right across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars. The studio had everything we needed including many little touches that make a huge difference such as plenty of towel hooks, two closets, and lots of counter space. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the bay. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and communication with the hosts was phenomenal. I would definitely stay again!

The condo is a nice size and was very clean. The hosts were very attentive and polite in correspondence. It was quiet and only about 250 steps to the beach with easy access to pull up the car right to the beach for unloading if necessary.It's a short drive to just about anything you may need. Many shops and great places to eat.

Great room! Great hosts answering all questions. Easy access to all amenities both onsite and off. No surprises here. Easy beach access. Excellent restaurants some within walking distance others worth driving to.

This was our first time with VRBO and it was simple. Dave and Tiz were so helpful with our questions. Everything was broken down and easy to understand. We are so glad we found this place. I'm sure we'll be back.

The studio condo was great! It is super basic but had what we needed for a fun few days. We liked how close it was to the beach and that the pool was so clean. One downside is that the walls between the condos are super thin and you can hear everything. Conversations, tv, everything.

This place was more than I expected. It is absolutely beautiful. I would buy here if I was to move in the area.

Very cute well decorated. Just a short walk across street to beach. Had beach chairs and towels for use. Easy check in and out. Will come back for sure. Manasota key is in middle of hurricane cleanup, alot of work being done in the beach. Want to come back in future to see progress. Waa glad to give our money to some of the places rebuilding.

Very quiet and peaceful weekend close to the beach and one of our favorite Restaurant/Bars the Waverly. We enjoyed the pool and our sunrises from the balcony as well. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo so clean and well maintained. Everything you could want was there. Beach was awesome. Lots of good bands within walking distance and cant forget to mention Stumpys always a few minutes away for a free shuttle ride.

The unit is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. Being right across from the beach, with private beach access was great! We love the location, walking distance to everywhere you want to go on Manasota Key! Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a kitchen with everything you need. Hosts were so friendly, responsive, and accommodating- they sent a maintenance man over immediately when we informed them the toilet was slow to fill up with water and flush, and he fixed it right away. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

My friend and I stayed in this beautiful condo 2 nights. The location was beyond perfect, a few steps to the beach and only a 5 minute drive to Stump Pass beach, which was a fantastic beach. We walked about 7 minutes to the Tiki Sand Bar, which we highly recommend, such a fun place with good music and great food. Manasota Key is such a neat island and even walking at night we felt safe. We loved the place and especially the private balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. We'll definitely be back.
