Perfect week of fun in the sun with easy access to the condo, the beach and Peg Leg Pete’s! Our idea of heaven!

A great experience as always!

The condo was great and right on the beach. Easy access from the garage to the Condo and to the beach and swimming pool. The garage supply closet had everything we needed for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand buckets. Having beach towels supplied was so convenient (saving space in our luggage.) MaryAnn was a very responsive host answering all my questions quickly. We all enjoyed the snack basket. Thanks for the new memories!

This is a very spacious, all-around-well-appointed condo with beautiful beach views, comfortable beds ... oh, and some lovely hand-painted murals. Owner stays in touch & is *immediately* accessible if there's any question. Sans Souci is a safe, laidback environment and our family had, once again, a superb few days at the beach! Amazing view from balcony. Easy parking. Nice beach chairs in the garage storage closet. Loved the hot tub at the pool. Easy access to the clean beach. So well stocked, the unit has everything we needed.

We had such a great time and stay

We had a great time! The condo was exactly as pictured. Extremely comfortable and clean. This was our second time staying and it was just as good as the first time. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. I will say this is probably the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. There was a closet with lots of beach supplies chairs, toys and floats! Kitchen is well stocked. The location of this property is perfect close enough to all the main places to eat but far enough you’re not getting the noise of the bar crowds. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing your adorable condo with us!

This is our third stay at San Souci property. We love the beach front view/access, gated community. Across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s. This condo is definitely our favorite so far! Super clean, beautifully maintained, well stocked kitchen. Corner unit-both bedrooms have beach views! Beds slept great. Washer & dryer in unit. Mary Ann the owner was great! Excellent communication. Book your stay here!

It was wonderful

The condo was very well stocked with house essentials. The storage unit had a large selection of beach toys and beach chairs! Wonderful view of the ocean. Easy parking spot. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great experience and will stay here when I visit the area again.

Beautiful and clean and well-stocked. We hope to be able to stay there again. Comfortable furniture and beds, plenty of towels and dishes and flatware. Nice selection of pots and pans as well as small appliances.
