Walking distance to everything we needed, restaurants, groceries, coffee, lunch, drinks, shopping! Perfect!

The view was excellent, although not the best available at the property. The private balcony gives you a direct view of the sunset and a great view of the ocean and beach but there is also a parking lot in the view. The bedroom windows have a great view of the ocean as well. Both the bedroom and common area have sliding door access to the balcony and both have great tvs. Next time i would like to stay longer to get a longer termed feel for the place but overall, I would recommend this stay and condo complex to my friends.

The pictures make this property look really nice. However, the property is old, tired and hasn't been maintained/updated in quite some time. The kitchen has limited stock. The floors were dirty (the bottom of our feet were black shortly after showering.) The slider in the bedroom did not work. It was partially open and could not be closed tight, thereby allowing the street traffic noise to be heard all night. I emailed the property management company & they didn't respond until the day before we left. The upper part of the outlet in the bedroom didn't work, nor did they respond to this. The tv in the living room was not & would not connect to the wifi/router. Access to the beach is about the only good thing about this unit.

My wife and I visit St. Pete Beach regularly and have stayed at other locations. This was by far one of the best and we plan to stay here again. Highly recommend.

It was a very nice condo for the week we stayed. Had a little confusion upon arriving because we didn't receive an email with a code to get in so we had to contact someone which was a hassle. After that everything was great! Convenient location, loved the balcony and it was pretty clean for a beach condo. The sheets could probably use an upgrade but overall it was a very nice stay for our first trip to Florida.

Stayed at the Gulf Strand for 5 nights in April 2026. Booking through itrip was very easy and seamless. The room itself was great.. albeit could use updating of the balcony furniture but still did its job. The balcony overlooks the public parking lot as well as the beach. So it’s beautiful and never boring! And not loud as you might think. We did have to buy a few things such as extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. But they tell you that in the booking that these things aren’t replenished. Everything is in walking distance so not a big deal. Love St Pete and love the Gulf Strand!

The beach view was beautiful! The place was nicely located. The patio furniture was totally rusted, each chair had one leg not even touching as did the table. The maintenance or cleaning crew were kind enough to fold stiff paper under it. One bathroom had a leaking toilet and we were unable to use it until Thursday as walking caused water to come up thru flooring. I would stay in this condo again if the patio furniture was usable and I am sure the floor completely dried out.Once again the beach is beautiful! I saw some beautiful sunsets there.

The view was nice for the ocean. Had everything we needed to cook many meals and lots of fun beach toys for the kids. Grocery stores not far away and a Walgreens just a block away. The pool is heated and really nice. The hot tub was super hot. The unit is old, but still nice. Maybe a good deep clean needed. We saw dolphins while in the water and also from the balcony.

Can't beat the central location directly on St Pete Beach. Ocean views from the condo. On site pool was great. Management company (iTrip) was excellent at communication and responsiveness.

The showers needed an update. The pullout sofa was like sleeping on springs and the light by the front door and the balcony did not work.

The first impression is that the unit is in serious need of an update! There was not 1 piece of furniture that was comfortable or very clean. (we covered the couch with towels because it had an odor) The bedding looked like it had just been pulled out of the hamper, unwashed and there were stains on the sheets. (photos attached) The kitchen was sparsely stocked with mismatched items that seemed like garage sale leftovers. The shower door was off the track, so I had to fix that. The screen doors out to the balcony don't move (not a difficult fix with the necessary parts, but I wasn't about to be working on my vacation) all in all we had a good time at St. Pete Beach, the worst part was coming back to this place every night. Had we seen it in person before booking, we would have DEFINETLY went elsewhere, and no, we won't be back.

Great location and view. You can see the Gulf from the kitchen, patio and bedroom windows. Although the condo is a little dated, it is stocked with everything you need. Very accommodating. King mattress needs to be replaced, but everything else was very nice. Very clean and tidy. Also furnished well. The pool and hot tub were great and all codes and instructions were perfect and easily accessible. The location offers tons of places to go and things to do. Great restaurant recommendations too.....absolutely loved Salt Rock Grille. Thank you for the great getaway.

Great location, right on the beach! Loved that there were coolers, chairs, beach accessories in condo to use! Very quick to respond with any questions! Would stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect for our vacation, and waking up to the beach every day was the cherry on top. I had felt like I was coming to my own home away from home.

It was exactly as advertised, and we had a perfect visit. Water views from every room.We will definitely try to stay there again, the next time we go to SPB.

Beautiful view, easy walk to several restaurants, super clean. It’s a bit dated but it was perfect for 2 people. We liked the quick walk to the beach, the elevator, and the fact that it’s next to the public beach so we could rent cabanas and lounge chairs.

Check in was easy and communication good. There were long hairs in the bathroom and bed room and the couch was uncomfortable and very dated. The table on the balcony wobbles and had to put a sandal underneath a leg to be able to set drinks on it and not worry about spilling them.

We had a wonderful visit to St Pete Beach. The beachfront Gulf Strand location was amazing. It took us 2 minutes to get from our condo to the beach! The condo was quite comfortable and clean, it really was almost exactly like the pictures. We had a lovely partial view of the beach (and gorgeous sunsets) though the balcony furniture was pretty outdated and the feet of the table were rusted away, rendering it useless. Though we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony, it was helpful for air drying wet swimsuits and towels.There were a couple aspects that could use some freshening up and attention. The king size bed has an older mattress. The couch wasn’t particularly comfortable and the table lamp almost fell apart when we went to adjust it! The washer/dryer wasn’t working during our stay, but we were able to use one across the hall at no charge. The kitchen was stocked with cookery, dinnerware, glassware etc. but a few more basic cooking essentials (oil, spices, coffee) would make a big difference.While we noticed these things, they certainly didn’t detract from our comfort and visit. A few finishing touches would make this place perfect! We loved the extra beach toys in the closet and used the cooler that was provided too.

We had a great time and the location is ideal for a beach holiday. The condo had everything we needed and felt very much like a home. We extended our stay by one day as we had such a good time. We would stay here again if visiting St Pete’s in future.

Location is great - able to walk to many restaurants, grocery store, beach and pool. Condo is very dated - cabinets / vanities are coming apart and do not close properly; kitchen supplies are not consistent - lids do not fit pots; limited cookware; coffee mugs chipped; useable knives was challenging. Master bathroom shower was not very clean (black soap scum on door track); balcony table was off balance (appears 1 leg may have rusted). Washer and dryer were very old - noisy, off balance, dryer lint basket did not fit properly. Supplies in closer (Chairs, umbrella, etc) were old and in need of replacing. Glad we brought our own!

505 gulf strand location is great but for the high cost I paid this unit needs some much needed TLC / maintenance

Wonderful condo! The deck is always shaded - if you like that! Close to everything. It will be nice when all renovations are done outside!!

The location is near everything along St. Pete Beach. My wife and I easily walked the length of the beach during our stay. The condo was clean and tidy. Had an issue with the washing machine which was attended to almost immediately.

We had planned to go to St Pete’s Beach before heading to Naples. We were very unsure what to expect due to the two hurricanes that hit the area. This was the only property that provided an update about the area. We decided at that last minute to book and were pleasantly surprised as we were able to enjoy the beach and golf. Great view and the unit had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again

The property is decorated very beachy an it was clean . Because of the hurricanes the pool was out of commission. Our parking space was between a pile of debris and a dumpster. Was given a different space by property management but a day later there was a notice on windshield that we could not park there. Other than that it was fine,

Nice to have two full bathrooms. Great location. Appreciated the chairs for the beach. Were able to check in a little early which was very helpful.

We loved the location due to beach proximity and in an area dominated by super tall buildings yet close to everything. All the condos face the beach, which was nice. The property was as described and comfortable.
