DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH -Perfect for a Family Vacation.

We loved every minute of our vacation at directly on the beach. Everyone that we met was a delight. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Loved having the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a family beach vacation and would absolutely return in the future.

Great place nice location. Secure and lovely people. Hot tub pool ocean great. Condo was great! Balcony is side view not a straight view of ocean however corner unit so saw the front . Large balcony plusPlace was great thank you !

My family and I throughly enjoyed the stay. The condo was great. Clean and plenty of room. The family loved it. The only down side is the pictures of the pool and private peer are old. The storms in the last years destroyed the peer and is not available. However the pool has been redone and the fence around is still under construstion. Still had full access to the pool. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family's needs and the location and ease of beach access was great! Friendly and helpful owner and management staff! We come to the area annually and this was onw of our favorite stays yet!!

Due to last fall’s hurricane many of the other condos in the area were impacted so we had a late change. The owner of this unit was extremely professional and timely with questions. Condo was clean and comfortable. “Directly on the beach” title for property is very misleading as overlooked the side of a neighboring building.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much! It is spacious and incredibly well appointed. Hector was a great communicator and the front desk staff was awesome! We will definitely stay again!

Everything was very easy and enjoyable.

We arrived after hours but had no trouble getting our package and getting into the condo. It is spacious, clean and as the photos show. We enjoyed the kitchen, well equiped, during our stay. The issues we had with a tv were quickly resolved as the owner bought and had it replaced with a new large tv and maintenance at the facility is attentive and very nice. We love the Sand Dollar, its location is at the “short walk to the water” end of the stretch of beach and the pier and beach are right outside the gate. We love the less crowded noisy area, yet close to the restaurants and shopping.

Nice family beach front condos with a convenient pool.

We had a great time at this property. The location is very convenient to numerous restaurants and is just steps from the beach. The unit is very well stocked with just about anything you would need. There were tons of beach items that we were able to borrow which saved us from needing to bring or purchase our own. We ran into a minor hiccup with a broken microwave but I only mention it to give props to the owner Hector and the staff at the office. Hector ordered a new microwave right away and the front office staff were kind enough to let us borrow a tabletop unit while we waited for the new one to be installed. We would absolutely look to stay here again when we come back to the area!

My 2 adult daughters, 5 grandchildren ages 5-13, and myself had a wonderful stay at the Sand Dollar. This is our first time staying here. The place was clean, secure, and quiet. Loved that the beach is right by the pool and shopping was close by. Would happily recommend it to everyone.

We had a great vacation at this condo. Great location, right on the beach and close to Tampa & Clearwater for non-beach activities. The toddlers loved the sand toys avaliable for use by tenants. The on-site property management is a helpful benefit. We had a couple small maintenance issues that were quickly resolved by the on-site property management & maintenance crew.
