Directly on Best Part of Ocean Boardwalk to Beach! Modern with Balcony and Pool!

This condo is in a great location, a close walk to the beach. The complex was very peaceful, very little noise.There are many restaurants close to the condo. The pool area is very nice and short distance from the condo. The grounds are well maintained.The owner, Bobby was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.The unit does need some updating.

Everything was as described. We would stay there again.

This was a nice complex close to the beach. The pool was nice and clean. The host for this unit was very helpful and responsive. However this particular unit needs updated and a deep clean.

We had to get the gate code from a guest entering the property as it wasn’t provided and we were standing outside the entrance, trying to get in! Also weren’t given the gate code to enter property from the beach. The sheets/linens/towels were tired and worn out. The “fitted sheet” came off during the night EVERY NIGHT! Toilet paper was so thin we used our own. The living room furniture not “Beachy” and tired-looking. Pool area was nice and outside was well-kept. We took our small dog and many others had pets as well on property.

Was a beautiful place and great location. Me and my sons had a wonderful time! Would definitely stay again.

Needs painted (especially yellow walls) and deep cleaning. Host very attentive with quick reply to inquiry on parking issue. Has excellent bones, just needs basic maintenance refreshing. 4 out of 5 rating.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo, complex pool and pet spaces were great! The only thing we were not prepared for was the trek to the beach was longer than we expected, but once we got there, it was wonderful. Definitely bring a wagon!

First and foremost, the gentleman I rented the condo from was above 5 stars. He communicated in a timely manner and answers any questions. Even when last minute changes on our scheduling end had to be made, he accommodated our needs as much as possible. The condo is very clean with adequate provisions. The location is great as it is close enough to most restaurants and the pier. However, the location also allows for peace, calm, and privacy if preferred or needed.The beach was wonderful and not too crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

Condo exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for what we needed. I also love that it’s pet friendly. Very close to all the happening things to do downtown. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but pretty much anywhere in St. Simons is. Owner answered all my questions in a timely fashion and was very helpful! Plan to stay again in the future!

The location was amazing. The pool was clean and just a minute walk to the beach. The place was perfect for 2 couples. Easy drive or walk to the stores and restaurants along the beach!

The stay was womderful and the place and the host was amazing. My only complaint was that it was a little farther from the actual ocean than I originally thought. I had had a tendon injury prior to coming and was only able to go out a couple of times because it hurt to bad to walk, other than that it was amazing, and had that not happened it would have been a fine walk. Definitely would recommend.
