A family friendly property. A beautiful view of the ocean. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and slide. The lazy river is not heated though, which was chilly for spring break (end of March). The indoor pool and hot tub are heated.

Property is very clean, and great staff work at this facility! Whenever I needed to text property owner, the response was timely! Great place!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is great the only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the bedding. They were visibly dirty when we arrived so we ran them through the washing machine (loved having a washing machine in the unit!) We felt much better about them at that point but there were still some black marks on the pillowcases and stains on some of the other bedding.

Interested in returning again

Very clean inside and out! Looked just like the pictures! The directions and instructions were communicated very well. The owner was quick to respond to any communication that we had. My family really enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back!

Beach View

Place was great, the only thing was the curtain rod had apparently been removed from the wall, we did let the owner know, but nobody ever came to put it up. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except for the fact that the light from the outside hallway was super bright and made it hard to sleep. Also, kids from another room kept looking into our window. Luckily the blinds were up so you couldn’t see in. Everything else was fabulous!!

The condo was clean, roomy and had all the necessities. We felt at home. We enjoyed dinners and breakfast on the balcony as it was very roomie. Very convenient walking down to the beach and having both indoor and outdoor pools depending on the weather was great. We would stay at the condo next time we are in Orange Beach. Great experience and the owner was great as well.

We had a great time. The unit was so comfy after a long day in the sun. The master suite bed was very comfortable and there was a small supply of necessities, but very limited. Bring what you need, including a hair dryer. I couldn’t find one anywhere. The balcony is great and the pool was by far the highlight of our stay - so easy to go there, come up for lunch, go back, come back for dinner, etc… we will be back for sure.

The description and pictures were accurate. The check in process was a breeze! Parking was easy and tons of it! We utilized the grocery carts from parking garage to unit several times. These were a nice surprise! Pool was clean. Beach was busy as to be expected during summer months. We brought our own chairs, but there were some in the unit closet and some available to rent. We would rent this unit again!

Great condo , beach,pools and a great time!

We LOVED staying here and we will def stay here again. The only issue is we weren't sure where to get our parking passes. (On the second floor in the west tower) & they didn't supply hand soap or salt and pepper. Other than that, it was amazing. Place was spotless, smelled good. Felt like home! We loved it!!!!

Very nice property. Little confusing on the check in at the admin desk but worked it out. The lazy river in the pool didn’t work this week, was just a pool. But no other issues.

We were very impressed with his property and look forward to renting it again. It was perfect for our family needs that arranged from teenager to preschooler. We saw dolphins from the deck. We enjoyed being on the edge or end of Orange Beach. The beach was beautiful. The condo was beautiful and we had a lot of great experience in Orange Beach. We had great communication and it was incredibly easy to work with the owner as we try to get into town before the storm. We will be back.!

Overall it was a great vacation. I love the relaxed vibe of orange beach compared to other places like Destin or communities on 30A. The beach is massive and absolutely beautiful white sand. No issues with space/seats what so ever. The condo itself was good. The cleanliness was just okay. The floors still felt sandy and behind the doors (floors/basboards) you could tell definitely did not get frequently cleaned. This is also the first Vrbo I’ve stayed in that did not have a hair dryer and I looked absolutely everywhere. (It does now, I bought a black Remington hair dryer and left it under the sink in the master bedroom). There were plenty of towels which was nice. The owners closet does have a decent supply of beach toys already so you don’t really need to buy any. We did leave some chairs in there as well for others to use. Instacart does deliver to your door in the facility which was a life saver! There is also a great seafood market across the street

The area and the high rise was very nice.The only thing that was an inconvenience in the master bedroom there was barely any room to get around the end of the bed. It would’ve been better if the dresser was in the walk-in closet and the TV on the wall. Side way scooting around the end was rough at night.Plus, the kitchen was Very accommodating with and dishes, etc.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It was so spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The condo was so clean and had a great view. The only issue we had was checking in because the entrance was not clearly marked so we had to ask someone where to check in. That was minor compared to how great everything else was. We will definitely rent here again.

Unit is exactly as advertised. Updated with perfect views of the ocean. The lazy river and proximity to bike and walking trails is a huge bonus for families. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo with a view to die for. We were able to take awesome sunrise and sunset pictures from the balcony. The beaches were clean and not very crowded. Our teenage girls loved sunning while my 10 year old grandson spent all day going down the slide and playing in the lazy river. Overall a great place to stay and spend time with family.

The condo was excellent my family had a great time! We had a wonderful view of the beach and the condo was perfect for my small kids, the pool the waterslide and the splash pad gave them lots of entertainment, we had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better trip I would definitely stay here again

The place was great. Ice maker in wet bar did not appear to be working properly (had water running and noise for hours without stopping)so I turned it off

The condo was beautiful, updated and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Overall we had a wonderful trip. Condo was amazing. Only complaints we had was our neighbors had a party every night until 3-4 in the morning. Sounded like they had 20 kids in there running all night long. The only other complaint which makes me sound like a ker

We had a multi generational family with 4 adults, a 7 year old and a 5 year old. The unit was very comfortable for all of us. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, the lazy river and relaxing on the beach. Orange Beach has lots of attractions and a wide range of restaurants that are family friendly. We look forward to a return trip.

Our boys were ready to see the beach this Summer (we are regulars at Orange Beach area). We booked a Condo and headed South. We really liked this location, the facilities are perfect for our family (splash pool, lazy river and a short walk to the beach). and did I say the view from our balcony was amazing? Amazing. Plenty of great places to eat and have a good time. My boys love a good arcade...Cant go wrong with this faculty.
