The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and granite countertops. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided. The bathroom features a relaxing jetted tub.



Guests can enjoy Avista's indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, fitness center, snack bar, and on-site restaurant and lounge. Located just a short walk from Main Street, you'll be close to the best attractions, dining, and entertainment North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Please note that this condo does not provide daily maid service. However, if you require daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchanges, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
