Absolutely amazing place to stay. The views are beautiful and the location is great. The condo is very well maintained, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was beautiful and decorated perfectly costal. The balcony was perfect and the chairs were very comfortable! The beach was right there. There are plenty of restaurants near-by but not necessarily walking distance. We had a great experience!** A note for the near future -- the city is working on restoring the beach by the sea-wall. (It was a bit of a hike over the large pipes the city is going to bury.)

Absolutely loved our stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was clean, convenient, just the right amount of amenities. The rental was stocked with everything you need to be away from home. Would highly recommend it to others.

Everything about this property was amazing! The condo was perfect for us. The view was amazing, the pool was great for the kids when they needed a minute away from the ocean. The condo was fully stocked, comfortable beds, and just everything we needed for this vacation.

The view was absolutely stunning. Loved starting our day from the balcony with a cup of coffee and gorgeous sunrise. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities for our weeklong stay. Would highly recommend.

One of the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in the beach view was awesome

This is our 5th time staying in this condo. As always the unit is clean and ready for our arrival for our girls trip. Brandi is always available if needed. The view from the balcony is superb and if you’re lucky you’ll see many pelican’s flying by early in the morning and also later in the day. The pictures of this unit don’t lie it’s perfect for your beach trip.

Condo was absolutely gorgeous and had everything you could think of to need. It truely felt like home. Everything was as pictured and Brandi was so easy to work with. She was so helpful with all the information she provided. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this condo. It is absolutely wonderful! The views are incredible, the furniture and decor are beautiful, and the pools were awesome! We had an amazing stay in this condo. The location right on the beach was wonderful! It was so easy to just take the elevator down to enjoy the 2 pools and beach. The condo was well-appointed and had everything we needed.

I've been coming to New Smyrna Beach my entire life. This is my new favorite spot. The views are amazing. Pelicans fly right by the window. The unit was clean, newly renovated, with all the amenities. The biggest thing for me was a comfortable bed. I have terrible arthritis in my hips and I can't stand when I rent a place with a cheap, hard bed. It ruins my vacation. We spent 4 days out at Rockville plus beaching it up during the day so I was SORE. I woke up feeling rested and refreshed each day. That is a big plus in my book. That alone will make me want to rent here again and recommend this listing. Host was responsive and kind. Parking was a breeze. Check in and check out was smooth. Had a great time, thank you Brandi!

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was clean, at a good location, and was well stocked and organized. Hostess was easy to work with. Would certainly come again.

Look no further if you want a beautiful place to stay with the perfect location. This is it! The kitchen is well stocked. My girlfriends and I love this condo which is why it’s our third stay and we’re headed back in October. Plenty of room for hanging out relaxing or sitting out on the balcony enjoying the incredible view. Watch out for the daily visits from the pelicans. And you are only a quick walk down to the beach or pool. The host Brandi is on top of communication so no worries there. This was the most incredible vacation. The property was absolutely outstanding, not only clean and furnished beautifully but equipped better than our own home.The owner was so responsive to any queries , responding within a very short period to resolve any questions.There were not very many. Everything was perfect!!!

Absolutely the cleanest, most organized VRBO we have ever stayed in! We will return again!

We love this condo so much that we returned a second time to stay in it. The hostess was great with communication and it was very clean. The only issue we had is the elevators were out about 50% of the time so we had to climb five stories to get to it, luggage and all. We understand this is out of the owners control. Other than that it was fantastic.

Great place. It was better than we expected and we had a great time. When visiting the area in the future this will be the first place we try to book. Everything you need is available to you and everything is high quality.

The condo is beautifully appointed with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. If you’re wanting to save money by cooking your own meals, there are plenty of kitchen utensils/pots/pans etc to work with. The property itself is also quite nice. My husband and I enjoyed lounging on the pool deck closest to the ocean and just relaxing to the sounds of the waves crashing on shore. Hoping to stay again.
