We have stayed here several times. Excellent experience, love the location and beaches.

This very small condo hasn't aged well, is past its prime and is in desperate need of renovation. Bed was soft, saggy and lumpy; pillows were flat and thin (yuck!), towels were well used. The (small) dishwasher had a strong odor and we didnt use. Balcony had excess furniture piled up in one end which made the very small balcony even smaller and the chair cushions faded and flat. Condo has a mold/mildew smell even after airing out the condo with doors open. Great beach view. Would not rent again.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The ocean veiews were outstanding. We even had the pleasure of watching deer in the early evening. We walked to many shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we could possibly need.

We had a great stay. Beautiful oceanfront view from comfortable chairs on the balcony. Charlene was very thoughtful when outfitting the villa. From comfortable furniture to a desk/vanity area to a great shower head with wonderful water pressure. These villas are small but perfectly designed for a couple. I can’t think of anything negative to say. We will book again.

the balcony was perfect, amazing view of the sunrise in the mornings, great place to sit and have a quiet moment or a nap. this was the perfect place to rest and recharge. Charlene was the best hostess, very responsive. I arrive at 8 pm and had difficulty getting to the correct entrance gate due to the dark, She answered the phone on NYE and helped me get in so I could start my amazing vacation.

The view and access to the beach were incredible!!! We absolutely loved the location! The bed was very comfortable too! We had everything we needed! We’ll be back!!

It was a wonderful stay! Place was very clean and tidy. It was a perfect view of the ocean and short walk to the beach!! Will definitely choose this place again when we go back to Hilton Head!

I thoroughly enjoyed my solo trip here, the condo had a lovely view and was perfect for me. It was clean and the location was perfect. Getting out to the beach was super easy and a short walk. The covered parking was a plus. So close to Coligny and area restaurants and shopping. I would definitely return to this property.

Perfect location with great views. Loved the central AC and and roominess of the unit.

Unit was clean and provided all things advertised. However, the unit is small and the bath is cramped. TV was never figured out. Not familiar with Spectrum but it had limited choices for the channels that we normally watch.

This was one of the most peaceful stays we have ever had in Hilton Head! The view from the porch was amazing and the condo was just as described. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The condo was nice but all the condos there are slightly musty. It is also kind of rediculous that the charges and fees are as much or more than the actual rent. I would rather rent directly from the owner than to pay all these fees. Great view and everything but the flooring in all rooms was clean.

We truly enjoyed staying on this property. Great patio view of the ocean and daily sightings of dolphins. The owner was very responsive of any questions and the unit was super clean—and the bed was so comfortable! Well furnished and had everything we needed. Definitely looking forward to our next stay here! Thanks!

Amazing ocean front views, the balcony was our spot! We loved watching the sunrises, dolphins and deer. The location is perfect and the inside is functional. Our host made this vacation seamless and was wonderful to work with!! We are VERY happy with our choice.

Everything about this place is ideal. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved sitting on the balcony watching deer as well as dolphins swimming by. Its right on the beach and minutes from restaurants. Inside was lovely, comfortable and all the appliances functioned, I'd highly recommend staying here!

We live 30 minutes away & know the island layout pretty well. Stayed 3 days for wife’s birthday celebration. Meet others for dinner who stayed elsewhere & paid more with no view. Close to Coligny beach & several restaurants & Music venues. We walked everywhere. We will definitely pick this unit again.

We love Hilton Head! The restaurants, beaches, bike paths, and things to do matches our lifestyle. And Charlene's place in Sea Side Villas is the perfect location! The condo is right on the ocean, affording relaxing views. The beach is a short walk away. And the prices are modest with excellent amenities. Check it out...you'll love it, just like we did!

So convenient to the beach,walking distance to town. Small but for just us 2. Perfect.
