Beautiful view and great beach access.

This property could not have been in a better location! They aren't kidding when they say million dollar views. The beach is steps away and the corner balcony was amazing. The property was perfect size for my family of 3 but could fit a few more. My son enjoyed sleeping on the bunks in the hallway. There were a few minor things that need attention such as the hand towel rack in the bathroom coming out of the wall, the kitchen garbage can lid needs to be reattached and the hall closet door does not have a track, so be careful opening it as it fell towards me when I went to get a fan out of the closet. These were all minor issues and would not stop us from renting again. I would recommend bringing your own coffee, either K cups or ground as they have both types of coffeemakers. Also would recommend bringing Kleenex and liquid hand soap for the bathroom. Nice place with an amazing view.

I just want to start by saying that the condo was very clean, which is a huge plus and the views were amazing. We love this location on the island just for the walking convenience of so many things. However the set up of the condo made having any air flow in the bedroom or bathroom impossible with the small unit. There was a ceiling fan and thankfully I found another fan in a closet or we wouldn’t have made it. There was also an afternoon that it rained during our stay and we wanted to just sit on the balcony and relax but the ceiling of the balcony was leaking so much that it was like sitting directly in the rain itself. I know the building is older but that is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

The condo was very clean and perfect for a couple or a family with up to two small children. The view was amazing. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great for two people. Easy to get to the beach and a great view from the condo. The sunrise is worth getting up for and just makes the coffee taste better. The communication and instructions were informative and simple. Oh yeah, might have some wild life wandering around.

Condo is a corner unit and has a balcony with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. It was comfortable and clean. Just a walk along the beach to restaurants and fun outdoor beach tiki bars.

The reason I gave this an okay rating, was simply, the condo left a lot to be desired. Everything was as advertised, but the fact that the bed was no bigger than a full, the air conditioner did not cool the bedroom one bit, the ceiling fan didn’t help much if at all, the place smelled musty and like it had been closed up for quite some time, and the roof of the patio leaked a lot when it rained. It was a cute little place, and the view could not be beat. The people we corresponded with were very quick to answer and very helpful, place is affordably priced and the location is perfect. I am not upset one bit about it, just wanted to leave an honest review for people that might be thinking about staying here.

The beach view was amazing! Sitting on the balcony was delightful. The condo was very comfortable.

Hot water tank went out but host responded and had it fixed as soon as possible and provided a partial refund for our inconvenience

Our first two days the weather was in the mid 80's and the A/C did not seem to be able to cool the condo. The A/C and the bedroom are on opposite ends and the fan to draw air into the bedroom did not seem to work. There is no screen on the window in the bedroom, so we were unable to leave it open.The bunk beds are narrow and there is no ladder to the top or built in safety rails. We found a single bedrail in the closet that we attached to the top bunk. Unfortunately, we woke up at 4am to the sound of our 6 year old hitting the floor when she rolled off the bottom bunk.Check-in is easy and the provided instructions were helpful, however communication has been non-existent after the original check-in message. We sent two messages over the four days and both went unanswered.The view from the balcony is great and definitely the highlight of the condo.

No washer and dryer in the unit; VRBO indicated there would be. Did not say coin laundry

Stop searching & hit select! Corner unit with AMAZING unobstructed FULL ocean view in gated community. Walking distance to main square with grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc. Condo is fully stocked with most everything you need. HIGHLY recommend!

Everything about this unit was great! The host had all the information we needed in a timely manner. The decor was beachy and relaxing. The view was beautiful. We visit HHI often and stay at the Villas. I hope that we will be able to secure reservations for this unit again.

Wonderful ocean front view. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is on site. A few minor issues, but the response was quick and helpful. We’ll be back!

The place needs tlc.. the bathroom shower handle fell on my husbands foot so we left it off all week.. the light in the bedroom flickers so much it's like a disco light.. the hallway closet was broken and off track...they need updated tv..says six people can stay but hardly have enough equipment, but they were always responsive..also could use sweeper that works or have a broom

Had to kill two roaches was very disappointing It looks like maintenance is not a high priorityA cabinet door was out of its rail and simply leaned against the cabinetSome items such as a kettle for heating water for tea or a box of tissues etc needs to be there

The “million dollar view” claim is true (attached pics). However, we encountered a bug infestation (attached pic) in the kitchen. The host arranged for an exterminator treatment, which only helped for 1 day. So we thought it was best to store our non refrigerated food in our suitcase. This inconvenience is the biggest reason for a low rating however, there were some other contributing factors. There were 3 lights/lamps that were inoperative. The ceiling fans/lights on/off pull chains are missing. There is only 1 single towel bar in the bathroom. There is no grab bar in the bathtub/shower. The toilet was not operating properly (I corrected it). The living room TV remote was not operating (new batteries corrected it; batteries didn’t help bedroom TV remote). For the record, I received an unsolicited partial refund from the host, which was appreciated.

Ocean view and location were fantastic!Bed with box springs were very noisy . Really need to be replaced, very uncomfortable. Inner shower curtain has not been cleaned in a long time! Should be replaced. All else was nice.

As advertised, million dollar view.

This was our 4th year in a row with a 2 week stay, and it was excellent. Unit is end unit so it's very private, and like it says it has million dollar views - for both sunrise and sunset. Plus it's conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, which has lots of shops/restaurants/bars, plus a grocery store and liquor store. Highly recommend renting this unit!

This condo did need some updates and that’s understandable. The bedroom is very small and hot. It did have a small fan but it was just hot air. The terrible part was the infestation of ROACHES. They were throughout the condo. We had to bag up everything so we wouldn’t carry them home. We spoke to the manager and all he did was say sorry no compensation.

I really enjoyed the convenience of the location near the beach as well as the amenities in the unit. A perfect stay for me!

Wonderful view! Best part of condo deck/view. Condo comfortable for one or 2. Sleeps 6 but overcrowded w/more than 2 people. Enjoyed one of my favorite spots on the island

Check in was super easy and laid out well! Our stay was wonderful and the view from the balcony was so incredible. Even prettier than in the photos!

My family of 5 loved the views and decor this property offered! Just as pictured in listing. The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question or concern. The only hang up about this property is the heat in the bedroom at night. (This is a layout issue that many properties in this community share.) Unfortunately, the fans provided (and those we brought with us) only circulate the air and do not cool it. This led to sweaty nights with this mama waking multiple times each night simply due to the heat. It’s honestly the only thing giving me pause from booking this unit again. The views are GORGEOUS. The host was AMAZING. The unit has been updated and is clean (apart from the random bugs which we assume came inside due to the heat and rain). We would recommend this unit in cooler times of the year 10/10.However, if you have trouble sleeping in the summer due to heat, then either bring a solution of your own or be prepared to face the heat come night fall.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, centrally located to Coligny and easy access to the beach. The balcony view was a real highlight!!

The view from the balcony was incredible. Also the balcony was covered and shaded by trees so it was never too sunny or hot sitting on the balcony. It was a cute unit and it was almost perfect for our sister trip. Unfortunately this unit has a significant roach problem and needs a professional exterminator. I’m sure this problem can be eliminated but not with just one application.

Location Location Location This is a typical vacation rental that happens to be waterfront…and on the 3rd floor, perfect! The 1BR condo furnishings are pretty dated but functional. It’s perfect for a couple. There are bunk beds for two kids or adults???, but there is no space to get away from each other.

The view from this unit is the best part

Balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, which is top priority for us. The condo was quite small, but suitable for 2 adults & 2 children. There was really no inside table to eat at, but we usually ate on the table on the balcony (which seated 2). Property needs a little work -- both folding closet doors were off their tracks, and the dishwasher didn't seem to work (couldn't get it to turn on). Also, there were a significant number of roaches -- I killed a dozen the first night, and a few more around the sink every night when we returned & turned on the lights. All in all, we had a pretty good trip -- location is wonderful & the beach is perfect.

The view is beautiful. If you are over 50 the bed is definitely not the best for comfort. There is currently a problem with roaches in the kitchen so don’t leave any food on the counter.The host reports an exterminator has been contacted.

Loved the view. Bed & sofa was not as supportive as we prefer for our old bodies.Reported to property manager early that we were missing light bulbs in lamps. I never heard back during our stay.

Great location. Owner let us in early but never responded back after the initial text. There were multiple cockroaches and we did not see a washing machine on location.

Beach / Ocean view Beautiful. Safe/ gated condo community. Nice high top table/ 2 high chairs on outdoor balcony. Too many corridors/ double doors to enter to gain access to condo. A lot of stairs if you choose to not utilize the slow elevator. Bug problems in kitchen. Needs a larger TV in bedroom.

Awesome location, gorgeous view and straightforward check-in directions. However, the properly is poorly maintained. Cabinets are missing handles, the garbage can has been broken for months based on other reviews, there were only two coffee mugs total and one k cup. There is laundry advertised in the listing but no detergent or dryer sheets provided. Worst of all there were many bugs in the unit when I returned from dinner. Communication was okay leading up to the stay but I inquired about both the detergent and the bugs and never heard back. There are much better places with similar views.

The view from this unit has a spectacular. The weather wasn't good for the beach, but it would have been easy to get to with the walkway just at the bottom of the stairs. Unit was furnished with all the necessities. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Loved the location, both in closeness to the beach, as well as location on the island. However, several items in the condo needatte attention.

I sent a list of things that need to be addressed at minimum to the property manager. It has a great view but the interior needs some help.

Great stay. The condo is up 4 flights of stairs. There is an elevator that is on the opposite end of property. That could be an inconvenience for some. We sould book again today.
